Ever since Covid. The checkout service is sluggish at best. Self checkouts are so touchy the attendant must interfere almost every scan. What happened here??

If you walk in here in a blue disposable mask; you can smell how bad the coolers all need cleaned 🤢I just bought a watermelon in August, very good season for them. It was SO mealy. Theyre produce goes bad really fast like its been in their freezer before putting it out for sale. It thaws & rots on display 😢

Produce is good. Doesnt go bad after just a couple days like Walmart. Its fresh.

Out of stock on pretty much of everything . They need a new purcase agent or whoever keeps up on inventory. Very bad. Otherwise good service.

This Krogers is in a nice location right off 67. Its not new or fancy, but a pretty standard grocery store. They have ClickList which allows you to order groceries online and pick them up at the store, which I love! Right next to Gray Bros Cafeteria, an amazing place to eat. Get groceries and dinner right here!

ALWAYS OUT OF INTERNATIONAL DELIGHTFUL CARAMEL MACCHIATO... ALSO... ONE CASHIER WITH 9 CUSTOMERS AND SELF CHECK OUT WAS PACKED AS WELL WITH 2 MACHINES DOWN AS PER USUAL.

Ive shopped here for maybe 60 years. In fact, I even worked in the Deli/Bakery/Barneys Cafe back in 1990. But recently they have changed things around. I think whoever made the decision as to which aisle to put this or that, must have been under the influence of some kind of drug or possibly alcohol! There is no rhyme or reason as to where grocery items are put. Thank God there are mobility carts that are usually available for those who are in need of them.Otherwise, an elderly person like me would becontinually going up & down the aisles looking for an item. All I know is this store isnt as great as it once was. But this is only my opinion. It must not be that bad or I would not continue to shop here. I guess it is because it is only 5 minutes from my home so that makes things pretty handy for me & my husband.

This shabby old location could use a deep cleaning. 😕 They appear to be storing some fresh produce in the freezer prior to stocking it. So its already mealy when you get it & instead of ripening it rots when you take it home. 😝

I used the pickup service today and it definitely is a time saver. It also cut down on splurge shopping. On the downside since I didnt order any junk food, I didnt have any when I got home.

No open check outs. Asked customer service desk attendant about opening another register. Her response : sure fill out an application and you can! ayou can.

My husband and I have been using the Kroger Pharmacy in Mooresville for over 7 years. Every time we have interaction with the pharmacy employees they have all been extremely pleasant and helpful. This week I had multiple prescriptions to pick up and have recently lost my job. I was sharing with the tech that I expected it to be high with no insurance after losing my job. Instead of ringing me up and going on with his day he suggested if I had a minute to look each one up on GoodRX and even helped me look a couple up after he helped other customers. Because of his support and willingness to help the cost was nearly $25 less than it was going to be. Thank you to Johnny for going above and beyond to help me!

I cashed an $8.80 cent check they charged $4.50. They are crooks!!! Im never shopping there again. Walmart is better and so in Meijers

Shout out to Haley! She was managing self-check out this afternoon around 4pm, and she was incredibly helpful and prompt to resolve the couple of issues my machine was having. Her sense of commitment to her role and her professionalism were notably impressive.

My husband was in there today and several employees were wearing their mask covering only their mouths. The noses were exposed.This defests the purpose of a mask.Yes they are hot and annoying, but it is important. So please wear them properly.

This location is not enforcing mask policy for employees or customers. Visit at your own risk, literally.

Horrible experience with pickup order.

It’s one of the best grocery stores within about 10 miles.That being said it is probably the dirtiest and worst inventory Kroger’s I have been to. The only nice Kroger’s I have gone to in the Indianapolis area is the Greenwood location.This location was shocking after frequenting Kroger’s in SW Toledo/Holland, OH and SW Ft. Wayne for years. It would be nice if someone built a decent grocery in the area. I suppose locals will never know any better until they do.

Marvelous variety of outdoor/indoor plants at a very reasonable price. Great location. Vast variety of healthy products(Non-Gmo). The staff are always very helpful. Easy access!!

Every time we go to Kroger in mooresville you either Can’t park, You have to bag your own groceries, There is no cashier to ring your groceries up and they want you to use self checkout, there food isn’t stocked on the shelf enough to last a half of a day with shoppers or you stand at the meat deli for 20 to 30 minutes waiting on an employee to help you. Kroger is literally doubling there profits by making customers scan and bag there own groceries. We don’t work for you Kroger!!! Hire some employees!! By far over this store and will be using meijer from this point forward.

Went to this Kroger because I was on this side of town. By far the worst Ive ever been in. Absolutely the rudest employees. The old man in the meat dept got mad at me (reason unknown) and gave me a dirty look and slammed packages of bacon down into the cooler. Wow ! Then went to the checkout and the cashier( also a man) flat out rolled his eyes at me and told me that he was in a bad mood. Lol. Time to get some new help !!!!

Great produce, including the usual, plus fresh fruit and vegetables, a deli, bakers, all really good. They also have a really good organic range.Also a good selection of health, beauty and toiletries etc.They have a nice wide entrance/exit and aisles making it wheelchair friendly.The staff are always happy, polite and ready to help.

This Kroger has people constantly cleaning and striving to keep things stocked. If they don’t have it, the nearest employee will jump at the opportunity to search in the back. They even give a discount or free item if they run out of something. I frequent this location daily, usually third shift, I am used to the friendly faces and the leisure of shopping at my own pace since usually aisles are completely clear unless employees are stocking (who are more than happy to move, plus ask if you need assistance, if you come down their aisle!)

Checking out at this Kroger is routinely a nightmare.

Can always find what Im looking for. Aisles are easy to manage with a wheelchair. Friendly faces and good customer service

I stopped her to pick up some produce and other items. When i walked in to get a cart there was a awful smell. As i continued thru the produce section the smell got worse. I noticed nats and flies flying around. Decided against getting produce. As i walked around i started to notice how dirty the store is an the smell in there was awful so i purchased nothing and left. Will not come back to this store.

Worst Krogers ever, update the store and a quarter of the staff, each time Ive asked for assistance the employees have been rude and un helpful, I asked the floral department about a vase on display, asked when they would be getting more In, the reply was cant order them asked for the display that clearly has a price tag on it, the reply was cant sell that one, Ok ? And why not just quit advertising for something u dont have or cant get ? For 2 months Ive waited for them to stock another one. And business owners are wondering why Amazon is winning,

People are polite not like Walmart

Very friendly and awesome seervice...only reason I give 4 outta 5 is that mgmt doesnt always provide enough of them to move checkout quicker. The veteran employees are expected to just deal and because they r knowledgeable, they have to work harder.

I have a like/dislike relationship with this store. I like the fact that most of their employees are friendly and helpful. I dislike their unusually small parking lot, their inability to keep items in stock, and their exorbitantly high prices thanks to their lack of real grocery competition in Mooresville. Overall, this Kroger is fine, but it could be better.

Ordered a cake for my son online 5-days in advance. The day of the party, I went to pick it up and was told they didnt have it ready. She said, Only managers have access to that and theyre really bad aboit getting us the orders. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? Why have an online order option if the orders arent fulfilled. My son had a cake but it wasnt the Mickey one we planned to match the theme, it was one that was generic and already made. Not happy.

I was a employee there and they absolutely treat you like dirt. Im still waiting for my last pay check due to the fact they couldnt take 5 seconds out of their day to re-enter me into the clock in system. Ive called corporate and they havent entered me into the system since December 1st so its hard telling how many hours they have screwed me out of. Horrible service and management, id rather drive all the way to Plainfield then buy from this store again, its ridiculous!

I took some pork chops back that I had just bought at the Martinsville Kroger that was bad. The office clerk was understanding and let me go pick out some from their meat case without my receipt. The meat clerk asked me what I was looking for. I told him, he didnt have the exact package I had but offered to substitute 2 other packages. Good customer service. Only one thing, I passed several employees that did not make eye contact or bother to greet or smile.

I hate going to the store and the shelves are not stocked up. I understand that its difficult to keep up sometimes but come on, all throughout the whole store? Ridiculous!

I would love to give 5 stars but the reason why is the parking. Ever since they re-did the store and parking the parking lot is awful. Its so bad that I stopped going for quite some time until they started Click List.ClickList is awesome and the staff on this team is amazing. Ive never had any issues or mix ups with my orders. They have substituted items that are equal value or give me the cost of a name brand if they dont have what I wanted. They pick great produce. I cant say enough about this team.

They definitely need NEW carts. And..I had to put my groceries in the cart. Dont appreciate THAT, since Im senior citizen & paying with my own CASH.

I live in Michigan and have a daughter who lives in Indiana. I called the Mooresville Kroger in Indiana per a suggestion by my son in law who was working in Mooresville at his business that day...I asked for the floral dept. and Mindy answered. She answered all of my questions about flowers they had on hand, and offered to wrap them in tissue and have them ready for my SIL when he arrived to pick them up. She referred me over to the bakery dept for a cake and Laura helped me out there. Laura happened to be from Michigan and recognized the area code I was calling from...we discussed cakes that were available today, and she said she had an idea for decorating it...I just gave her the flavor and color. Its absolutely one of the cutest cakes Ive ever ordered. Congratulations to Kroger for hiring two such competent and customer service oriented team members...it was truly an enjoyable experience...via the phone...and a perfect outcome! Thank you so much Laura and Mindy!! You girls did a fantastic job and my daughter LOVED both the flowers AND the cake. She was truly surprised! Kind regards, Kym

Parking lot was horrible. Small lot alot of traffic. Dimly lit. Prices are high. When checking out noticed item rang up different than advertised and was told i probably just didnt read the fine print on the tag.

Best place to get produce when compared to Walmart and Meijer. Keep up the great work!

Store is dirty. Floors dirty like spilled product not cleaned was walked thru and dried in check lanes. Directory doesnt match cart directory or aisles. Shelves and edges with tags filthy in coffee/baking aisles. Dairy coffin dirty. Monday at 8pm.

Love Kroger, rather go here than Plainfield. Less crowded about same distance.

Im wanting a specific food product that other Krogers carry, and its sad that they dont carry this, and now, after a heart cath, Ill have to drive to the Southport store to get the food I want really bad.I used their Clicklist for the 1st time, and I am amazed!! Absolutely loved it! The two young ladies, Andrea P, and Cede were so kind!! Ill definitely be using it again! 5 stars just for Clicklist!!I love their sales, their app with digital coupons, and the Friday Freebie! They have a lot of good deals. I would give it 5 stars, but theres a fairly huge issue with parking. Theres just not enough parking for this store, which keeps some ppl from going there.
