Great rope but not a fan of customer service. I bought a rope ad realized it was the wrong size, when I ordered the other (more expensive) rope and returned the original one I was told I would have to get my own shipping label and pay for the shipping. Help out a a customer who is willing to pay more!

You should know that the Mooresville location is not a storefront but their offices. The rope itself is in Statesville at their warehouse so you should call ahead for your order. We had a great experience from start to finish and Larry at the warehouse could not have been more helpful.
