I ordered the 9 flag pole with the 1/2 mount for my 2018 Ultra Limited. Received it within a few days from N.C. to Texas. Opened the box and all parts including the Allen wrenches were there. Installed everything in 5 minutes or less. A very high quality product and one I highly recommend.

This company is awesome. I ordered 2 flag mounts with Dixie flags with 2 days shipping at 11:15pm on Wednesday. Had my mounts on Friday morning. Packaging was great in original boxes. Quality of mounts is exceptional, quality of flags is awesome. Will be ordering from them again and all my friends are going to order from Pro Pad. They are a great company to deal with.

I usually attend most of the Southeast bike rallies and tend to purchase unique items for my bike. One of the items I was looking for was a quality, good looking and cost wise total flag mount system. Most of the ones Ive seen at the HD, JC etc. did not capture my attention. My search continued until I found Pro Pad at the Leesburg FL Rally. My friend and I are retired veterans and bought two each for a total of four for our bikes. 2 American flags and a Navy/USMC one. Many choices. I was totally impressed with the quality of the system far better than any other Ive seen. Well worth the time and effort looking. The team (father and son) are awesome. Well, since we last seen the team I encountered a small issue. I attended the Panama City Beach Rally and unexpectedly I ran across station. I approached them and explained my issue with them....of course they didnt remember me (they see hundreds) and I didnt have a receipt but they took my word and without hesitation completely replace one flag system totally......This is the best product but more importantly the service. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Pro Pad Inc. has great products and great customer service. For my latest blacked-out bike, I realized that the chrome brackets and poles wouldnt really work, so I emailed and immediately heard back. Although black components arent really featured on their website, some were at the coaters and they promised theyd get back to me when they were in-house. I heard back today and completed my order. Their flags seem to last forever and are top-quality.

Most of their items come scratched even out of the package. Even after trying to get a replacement I was notified that I was required to pay for shipping it back to them.
