After getting a custom exhaust on my 2013 Lincoln at another shop, I just wasn’t 100 % “happy” with it. Well after visiting 2 or 3 more shops, I ended up at Majestic after finding them on Google. -Bingo we have a winner. Tim & Lynn are down to earth as they come & Tim DEFINITELY knows how to weld up an exhaust!! He listened & basically took the time to show me what he was doing every step of the way. I can finally say that I’m done with my exhaust setup & I have something now that I’m happy with. I highly recommend the folks over at Majestic.

I dont know much about auto repair shops, but I do know that Majestic is fantastic! Ms. Lynn at the front desk is straight forward and will let you know before any work is done what the cost will be. They do quality work....fast. They also make sure everything is done the way it should be done. I had repairs done on a 1997 vehicle, and it runs better than I could have ever imagined! This place is a hidden gem and I am proud to recommend them.

Do not come here if you care about your vehicle. Terrible customer service experience and shoddy exhaust work. Came in for an appointment and was told by the woman who I made the appointment with that she had not taken down my name and therefore would not take my vehicle. I asked if there was anything I could do to reschedule for that day and she responded I dont know what you want me to do about it. I left and took my vehicle to another shop where I wastold that I had numerous exhaust leaks due to terrible work previously done by Majestic Muffler. My best advice would be to avoid this business.

I moved here in April, 2012 and hated losing my long-trusted Mechanic in Apex, NC. I feel very confident that I have found his replacement. Tim at Majestic Auto in Mooresville runs his business like he is in it for the long haul. He is very down to earth and seems to really know cars. So far, I have taken three of my four cars to him for the more significant service interval checkups like the 90k services. For routine scheduled service intervals, he works from the manufacturers service checklist, but he uses his common sense and experience and advises you on what he feels really needs to be done before starting any work. He really checks the cars over and so far, he has never given me the impression that he was trying to pad the bill or offer something that was not really needed.He was recommended to me by Leo, the owner of Giovannis, a nearby restaurant that makes, by far, the best Philly Cheesesteak in the area. Because I am new to the area, it was a much appreciated tip. Tim is extremely honest and my last visit proved it to me. He gives a 5% discount for paying cash and in the rush to get out of the shop (he waited after closing time for me to get there) I handed him what I thought was $900 cash to pay my bill. He put the money in his top pocket without counting it and we were distracted talking about bringing my sons car in for service. The next day I got a call from Lynn, his office assistant, asking me to come by and pick-up the $100 that I had overpaid to Tim. Needless to say, I feel pretty good about my new trusted mechanic. As a side note, the job he did for $900 was going to run between $2000 and $2500 at the Lexus dealer. I also got a complete rundown from Tim on how everything looked on the vehicle and things to watch out for. I feel very comfortable in recommending Majestic Auto. All my vehicles are Asian-based, but he works on a wide variety of cars. Here are my Dos and Donts. Do give Majestic a try, Dont worry about getting ripped-off.
