I have purchased multiple bikes from Live It Xtreme (road, mountain, and city). They are the best bike shop in the area if you are looking for quality equipment at reasonable prices. They carry everything from very high end full suspension carbon bikes for race performance to entry level bikes like the one I got for my wife. Their mechanics are very skilled as well one time they were able to fix a problem that I had that a shop in Davidson could not. If you are looking for a bike check them out, they have the best ones at the best prices that I have seen.

Horrible customer service. Went in to purchase a new bike. The lady who was working, couldn’t be bothered to assist. Was more concerned about waiting on a customer who came in after me that had a question about a tire. “I’m going to wait on them first.” Was more worried about a repair issue then assisting a new customer. When I told her I was leaving “oh, but..” no, you refused to assist me, decided someone else was more important than a new bike purchase.

I called and spoke to Tim I told him my situation he helped me through it great customer service would recommend this place to anyone call the couple other places around town and they want it twice as much as Tim wanted great place recommended to anybody
