Michael and his colleague at BeMobile made my shopping experience a breeze. I was referred there by a friend who said if I couldnt get to the one in DL, go see the guys at BeMobile in Moorhead. Michael was straight forward, no pressure sales of things I didnt ask for. He took care of every detail of my bill making sure I got the best deals and loyalty discounts. I couldnt imagine the visit going any smoother.

Staff was quite rude. I had a simple question about the availability of a specific product and when I said I preferred not to give my personal details until I knew whether or not the store had what I wanted, the staff member changed his attitude and told me nobody else would stock that product either and acted as if I was a burden for even asking.

Michael was excellent in helping me get my accounts setup with Verizon. He made sure both my devices had all the data transfered over and got me some excellent peripherals. Highly recommend!

I described the good & bad about my prior cell phone/service, and he found me a phone that meets all my needs my budget. Got a pretty sweet deal! And $200 off a new iPad for signing up! Connor is a great sales rep. No BS, and to the point. Even got both devices set up and gave me advice on which apps I’ll need and not need, etc. which I appreciated.

Awesome service!! I tried calling the Verizon store at West Acres to make sure that they had the phone I wanted. I tried 3 times but they couldnt find the time to answer the phone. I ran to BeMobile even though it was getting close to their closing time. Mathew stayed an hour past close to get a new phone setup. I should have known to go there and not bother with the corporate Verizon store at the mall. Thanks for the great service!!

Kevin let me out of there setup with a Sim card for a phone that I brought in, and though he didnt make a sale sent me on my way. Verizon should make sure ALL their employees and companies working under their name adhere to the standard they set on their own website, though. They make it sound 100% cool to bring in different phones, but salespeoples demeanor says otherwise. Thanks again, but strange experience.
