I had an issue with my phone. I am not a T Mobile customer. This was 16Apr21, 10AM. The two male employees took the time to troubleshoot my issue. Went home, followed their instructions, and Eureka! Problem solved! Thank you guys!
Had some phone issues with the original transfer that we had done at another TMobile with data not showing up on one of the lines. We stopped in at this TMobile store and Bryan helped us through the entire issue and seemed very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He made the whole issue go quickly and smoothly!

I would give less stars if Google allowed it. Tmobile could not complete a simple phone purchase for our family. My wife has been a client of theirs for over a decade. We wanted to buy a phone outright. But to complete it you need to do a signature email which by the way is dumb when you are already in the store and they verified your ID via a MN license. Anyway, the email didnt come. So I called on Saturday and was advised to call corporate because the stores cant resend an email. Called corporate. They couldnt resend the email to the email on file without my wifes consent. All we asked was them to resend something that they agreed to on Friday to an email that is on file with them. IE not a different email address which I would expect them to verify that with the wife. We will be switching.
Staff member there named Bryan was soooo freakin helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! We had 3 lines to switch over to Tmobile and he made the whole ordeal go smoothly as possible. My family loves to joke around and he was laughing at our jokes (which youll get 5 stars just for that!! 🤣🤣) and cracking some himself with us! We spent a couple hours at the store but Bryans attitude made it enjoyable. Keep being awesome and were so glad we switched over!!
I have had two solid experiences with this location. Always helps quickly and gives me the great deal available. They worked with me for about 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Actually, there was a system trouble so that I had to wait for a long time maybe almost an hour, but the guy dealt with was so nice and humble and tried his best to solve that system trouble. Great customer service

Made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Alex was great to work with and was very helpful answering any questions I had from plans to phones. They even kept the store open late to make sure everybody was taken care of.
