Horrible customer service waited on my prescription for 8 hours waited on the phone for 30 minutes for someone to answer went into the store to pick up items and the prices on everything is completely incorrect! Highly recommend going to a different Walgreens who puts their customers first and don’t lie about their prices

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy does not want to help you and will send you through loops to get simple tasks done. I called twice to get my covid vaccination card that i originally got from walgreens and they rejected me both times. Once saying that i would have to “get it mailed from the original location” and second saying i would have to “go to the department of heath” when i asked why they then said there manager would be coming in at 3. Thats all they offered. So horrible. Don’t waste your time here. I barely write reviews but this service was so bad it pushed me to so i could warn others.Its actually has made me decide to use CVS as my pharmacy now.

Customer service here is probably the best I ever encountered in all of Fargo. The employees go above and beyond. It is my go to for health and beauty supplies

I am not rating 1 for the store but a staff member in the pharmacy, Carly to be exact. I had developed Pneumonia and my doctor sent through 6 different meds. My mother went to get them for me Bcz I was to sick. Carly 1st lied about my RXs being there, then gave my mom a horrible time when hospital called to verify they had RXs, Carly then called me to report an angry, crazy lady had picked up medications in my name I am looking for corporate number to turn this matter into. I do like Walgreens as a store though!

Staff have always been kind to me although one cashier seemed a bit overworked as one customer was very rude to her. The pharmacy is always prompt to text me when my medications are ready and answer any questions I might have. This is my go-to Pharmacy in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Apparently they like to loose customers photos

When I arrived at the Pharmacy on a friday they stated they were out of my sons medication and to come back Monday. He went back the following Wednesday and they stated they were still out and to come back the next monday. This is not a rare medication. Walgreens cannot seem to manage their supply chain. Get your act together. I was at CVS for two years and this never happened.

The pharmacists are absolute garbage. Very rude and disrespectful and not professional at all. Never ever have I had this experience with pharmacists. Never going back to this Walgreens again.

Why are all Walgreens’ so unorganized I don’t get it

I was picking up a package from the FedEx in store / photo lab and I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a lady named Jade as I approach the counter she was on her phone she looked at me and continued to pay attention to her phone well one of her associates point out that I was there and Jade said and I quote Im just finishing my paragraph and I was going to be right with them her coworker said well you can acknowledge him she said what am I going to say Im finishing my paragraph Ill be right with you horrible customer service

The ppl are very friendly and are willing to help.

They cant answer the phone. They dont really seem to care weather they get my business or not.

They never accept their own faults and place blame on customers for their inability to correctly fill orders and refuse to transfer orders to other pharmacies without many complications.

Never going to go here again they are more worried about the drive-up pharmacy than the people stand at the counter I will drive a hundred miles to avoid going to the Walgreens in Moorhead

Ive been using the pharmacy here for many years. They usually have a buy one get one free on vitamins and supplements.

Im in town for the summer and needed to fill a prescription - this Walgreens was the only drugstore that would take my insurance, and then when one of my prescriptions wasnt covered they helped me find a cost effective alternative. We had to wait a while because of the complications but the staff was very kind and helpful.

Drive thru takes FOREVER!!!!!!! NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY I GO. Theres ALWAYS a line of at least 3 cars. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. Im going to switch to a different pharmacy. I love the app, but I just cant with their drive thru.

If youre doing photos or regular shopping they are fine, but any questions about medication or supplements they dont have an answer .

Wew lad, prices sure have gone up at drugstores in Moorhead. Service was good, though I didnt visit the medicine counter.
