Took my John Deere X485 riding mower in, they took very good care of me. They had all problems solved and work done quickly. They took the time to explain to me everything to do for future service and pointed out things about the machine that still look to be in great working order. I cannot recommend these guys enough. My new favorite small engine repair shop. Was able to take a lawn mower in for long overdue service, not only did it come out less than the estimated price, but it also was done a week and a half earlier then expected. Fix all the issues I had, took care of two issues I didnt know I had, and cleaned the thing up to look like new! Incredible service.

A year ago I bought a used snowblower from a private seller. It was a scam, and I received it in poor shape and it was nearly inoperable. I brought it to Valley Performance to see if it could be repaired. Got pickup/dropoff service, and a machine that now runs extremely well. High value service.

I stopped in to get a mower deck drive belt for an ancient Toro mower. Like an idiot I did not write down the model or serial number from the mower but did know the mower model and had a belt part number from NAPA. Robbie worked his magic and cross-referenced the little info he had been given by me to find me the right belt and then confirmed it was right by making sure it interchanged correctly. Very pleased with his effort. While I was there (eavesdropping) another customer called to see if his mower was ready and was told it was just a choke spring...come and get it. How many other places would have been that honest ?Dont hesitate to use Valley Performance...They rock !
