The price for the private mail box is really good for what youre getting. I have all my packages and sign deliveries go here. Employees will always let you know you have packages ready for you to pickup. I have no problems here whatsoever, but thats because I know what I need to do before hand. If your having PostalAnnex problems I feel bad for you son.

I mail out ALL my company products from here. Very friendly staff and all items are immediately scanned into the system. My GO TO place for sure

Avoid this place at all costs! The worker/owner, whoever it was, has no idea what hes doing!!!!

Like the previous post said staff needs training. The worker tried to say shipping baseball cards in a Flat Rate Envelope was “illegal”. At least know the product you are selling.

The staff is very friendly but they are in desperate need of serious job training.
