Worst experience in customer service. Made my wife open up a new line AND trade her phone in to get the $700 off the new iPhone. I knew it was wrong, but my wife didn’t want me to embarrass her over there. We get back home and it clearly says trade in or add a new line to receive $700 rebate. Went back next day to clear it up, gave me a bunch of excuses until I proved them wrong. They finally said, “yeah, that’s the way your do it, you don’t have to trade and add new line.” Why did you add a new line to my plan then? They had nothing to say. Charged me for a restock fee of $55 because you can’t swap the phone over. Couldn’t just cancel the line, then upgrade her phone with the new phone. Horrible experience and no apology

My experience was so excellent even though I had to wait for like about 2 hours because the systems was down upon my arrival but I waited patiently because I really needed a phone and they made sure everything was straight for me and I left out satisfied.......

The customer service is hit and miss. Not the most knowledgeable or helpful staff although it depends on who serves you. Been with Att for a long time because of their coverage but their customer service has been lacking since.

I was charged for a device that i sent back in. Because of coronavirus, the package didnt make it back to att. I wasnt going to even bother because its usually a hassle to get that settled. An att rep called me me personally to talk about the device that was charged to my account. I went in with the receipt from the post office proving i shipped it off in time and theu are working on a full credit to my account. Thank you to Justin for reaching out to resolve this issue.
The reps were experienced and knowledgeable about the services and they did more than expected. They told me to come back with sny problems and I have returned 3 times and they still were awesome. Especially, the rep, Dana, who had the patience of a saint.

I would NOT go to this store for any service. The saleman will lie to you to get a commision. I have had to get a lawyer. They do NOT honor what they say. Find a phone carrier that is honest with you when they sell you something.
Mr Dana needs a raise he is an amazing person an always solves all issues with my cell phone he definitely needs a raise
Totally useless service. Ive called over 15 times with No Answer.. Im going to Verizon, at least they are attentive to customer needs.. Going to disconnect AT&T internet and use Hughes..

My reward for adding 2 phone lines and 3 ipads for Christmas was my bill being wrong every month its been a fight to fixin store or on phone for hours and still will have bill wronggoing on for 3 months yet go in store and they look at me like aggravated not you again I promise I dont want to be in that store just as much just fix it and we both will be happy

Total douche bags. Went to wal mart, lower down payment like $200 lower. Plus wal mart employees werent rude and disrespectful. Total trash staff they all seem miserable and not very knowledgeable at all.
Dex was so good to us. He went above and beyond to finally get the help we desperately needed.
Salesman included a bunch of extra stuff we did not want and failed to notify us that the plan we wanted would disqualify us from certain discounts.
