Brought them my phone with a cracked screen. Took 2 weeks to get screen in to tell me they ordered wrong one. Took 2 more weeks to get the right one in. I called them 3 times in 2 weeks after that and was told they were getting to my phone. I havent been able to get anyone to answer or call me back in the last 2 weeks. They have had my phone 2 months now.

I am thoroughly impressed. I showed up at the business and was greeted with enthusiasm. I was treated like I was the only customer they had, very professional courteous and engaged me in conversation like the knew. There estimate was lower than I expected. Within an hour they completed my repair which I was very satisfied. I will not go to anyone else, I encourage everyone to give these folks a shot ! Thanks !!

I always have a great experience. They are professional, and they get your tablet, phone etc fixed properly and in a timely manner. I dont bring my electronics nowhere else.

TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY HAD MY PLAYSTATION 4 FOR 3 WEEKS WHENEVER THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE READY IN 2 DAYS.THE LAST 2 TIMES I WENT THERE THEY WHERE NOT THERE AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED.THEY EVEN PULLED UP IN THE PARKING LOT DROVE AROUND BACK AND WENT INSIDE.THEY KNEW WE WHERE THERE AND STILL DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE OR COME TO THE DOOR. THEY EVEN GAVE US THERE PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER AND SAID HE WOULD DROP IT OFF AT MY HOUSE AND NEVER CAME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Prices outrageous, no call back about my Xbox after I sent pictures of certain things that was asked for. So I wasted my time with that. Plus always a long wait time.

I went in for a severely cracked iPhone. It was fixed within the hour. However upon using it later the camera and another sensor were not working. I took it back and was fixed. Zack went above and beyond customer satisfaction. He conducted himself very professional and always had a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this business for any repairs you might need. Very knowledgeable and stands behind their warranty!! Best customer experience ever.

More than happy to be the first reviewer and more than happy to give this 5 star +++. Zach was wonderful. Visiting family and my grandsons iPad mini starting acting up. Realized his LCD component was fried. Thought I would have to wait until I returned to Houston to have the repair done, but then someone mentioned a new business in town. Called and described the problem. Zach told me to bring it in so he could have a look and give an estimate for repair. Store was neat and had easy parking. Estimate was given along with other possible charges. By 5 pm I got a call that the repairs were done. No extra charges were involved. Work done as promised. I hope that this business is supported by the community. I know I will be back if I need any more work. Thanks Zach for letting me know about the guarantee that goes along with the repair. Even have a store in Houston if I need it.

I called Friday night at 5, but he said they were closed, even though online said they closed at 6:30. Anyway, he said he would be there at 9am the next morning, so I made an appointment. Drove 30 minutes to fix my phone and he never showed up.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. SCAM ARTIST IN THE MAKING. STOLE PARTS FROM MY PHONE AND ALSO USED A BOOTLEG SCREEN. stay away.
