The worst place to buy anything..I ended up paying a fortune for a mattress...and the first washer I got wouldnt work..the second one flooded my laundry room..so I got one frome lowes...not to mention them taking money out of my account for a washer I didnt have from them...i would not advise anyone to do buisness here.

Matthew really helped us today! We wanted furniture at a good price and he called other locations to find us exactly what we needed UNDER our budget price! 100% happy with this service and will be back!

Matt is constantly posting on Facebook in yard sale groups about so called sales going on and then when you get there them so called sales Matt posts on Facebook that they are having isnt even true. And is always talking bad about the customers on social media I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT GO THERE IF I WAS YOU

I love Bestway of Morganton, I have purchased several things from them. Absolutely love Matt and Josh, they will do whatever it takes to find you exactly what you want. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!! Go see them they will treat you right.

I love bestway of morganton, me and my family have used them for multiple years and they’ve never done anything wrong but always everything right !! They always do their best, they always give us their 100% and more in everything we need. If there isn’t something in store we want or looking for they always 10 times out of 10 will look through everything they can to find us what we need !! No extreme payments they’re understanding and caring. If you ever go talk to Josh or Matt two of the best workers for any business as such that I’ve ever met always willing to go above and beyond for their clients to give them their best options and appliances!! I’ll continue to go to them for as long as I can stand.

I would I would just like to say that I have been going to Bestway now dealing with them for about two years . Matt is by far the best person & manager anyone could ask for concerning rental businesss ! Anytime I have had a problem with anything here so I have to do is call and he fixes the problem right away!l not to mention he always v keys new up to date with anything new as well😀! My sister loves Bestway in Lenoir. So Morganton is closest to me so I thought I would give them a try. Furniture is good with same prices but you cant trust the store manager Matt. He flat out lied to me and then tried to make it seem as if I didnt have a right to be angry. I will be transferring my account to another store and will not go thru Morganton store ever again.

Best way is amazing. I went to Arons first (BIG MISTAKE) and they tell me I will have to pay the first months bill of the product, not only that I would have to have my LAPTOP delivered????? Total BS. So I go to best way and the kind hearted guys got me a laptop cheaper then what it would have been at Arons, and had me out the door WITH my laptop in 10 mins!!! Thank you guys!!

Ive had a wonderful experience here. Matthew and the crew has worked with me with prices as well as weeks where i was tight on money. If there is an issue they will resolve it. The store is clean, the products are mostly new. Their reference program is amazing they have many ways to earn free items and free weeks. I definitely recommend this place. Best prices in town. Ask for MATT when you get here.

We were CONSTANTLY lied to and were completely ignored when we tried to reach out. Some people there may be nice I dont know, but the people we worked with were nothing but liars, mainly the ones in charge. Anything to get a dollar from you. My advice is to never give them any business, if I could give 0 stars I would.

My husband and I havent been there that long but the link of time we have been with best ways has been great, they work with you and Matt and everyone there is great people they are very nice. I suggest if you want to do rent to own Best Way is the way. ( Ashley & Chris Jones)

I normally dont write reviews, BUT I love this store! The people at Best Way are incredible. They are very reasonable with their prices. They are always friendly; whether its with my late payment, or with the fifth time in a row I asked the same question! This is the first place I would tell someone to go!!!

Matt and the rest of the crew are always friendly and helpful. They try to help you anyway they can. If they dont know about a product itdoesnt take long for Them to find out. If you had a bad experience maybe try paying your bills.

I have been with bestway over 5 years now. They have really went out of their way to help me. A for instance my grandson had an xbox one i bought him for christmas. I left one day and come home amd someone had poured his xbox one full of sprite it was ruined. I called bestway crying my eyes out because my grandson was going to be home in an hour from school excited to play his xbox. Bestway told me not to worry about anything they would take care of it. They put the xbox in there personal automobile and brought it to me before my grandson got home from school and did not charge me a down payment. Bestway is the only place i will ever go for my stuff. I have got a dryer, samsung tablet, air conditioner and will be getting more.If you think bestway are crooks or dishonest go to Aarons.
