Took my suv to have heat fixed after 280dollars was told he didnt have time to fix it. To make matters worse in caused an exhaust leak in the cabin of the car. Could have killed my family. This problem caused me 900.00 to fix the fix.

Great Service! I broke down on Hwy. 40 in one of our work vans, three hours from our home office. I limped it over to the people at Driven Automotive. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly.far more than most. She did a quick pre diagnosis and had the guys in the shop working on it in a matter of minutes. They got the bad sensor installed and had me back on the road much faster than I expected. They went over and above what they had to for me considering all the other vehicles they were working on. Every need I have for a motorized vehicle is taken care of here. Very experienced staff however I would hope they read and invest in a new tire balancer for seeing the guys try to balance my tire with a stripped machine was a joke and still didnt get it correct though their best tries time n time again. Otherwise no problems and have taken my car to Tim time n time again and will continue to spread the word about a good passionate friendly place and people to fix my problems.
