Tires Plus Tire Pros was recommended as a great place to take my vehicle. I was told they are usually good about getting people in. They wouldnt even try to work with me on getting an appointment. I cant recommend them.

Was headed west on I-40 and had a problem with my equipment trailer tires. Stopped in and they really took care of me. Diagnosed the issue right off, mounted a new pair of tires quickly and charged less than I expected. I was back on the road in a snap running smooth as silk. These guys really are pros!

I take my truck to the dealership for oil changes and services typically. I picked up a nail at some point that they said “could not be patched” and wanted me to replace the tire. $250 just for one tire! I’ve worked with Ronnie LeFevers before for a similar issue in the past. He took one look at it and said “no problem!” $17.00 fix. While I was waiting, I priced out some other tires just in case, the shop found a better tire for cheaper that was rated for 70k miles. I will ONLY do business with Tires Plus Tire Pros in Morganton for my tire needs from now on.

Ronnie doesnt give you what you want he messed up my exhaust and made me pay extra

Clean place, the lady out front is super nice. The biggest gripe is to make sure you get a price before getting services a 5qt oil change and tire rotation cost me =$87.00 they performed the service well, but the price is about $30.00 more than the dealership...

This is a beautiful new tire store in Morganton that has Excellent Customer Service, Great Prices and Friendly employees.They also do vehicle repairs and have a great reputation in their Valdese location.I intended to give them a FIVE STAR RATING but it shows a 4.5 on the post.

Took my truck to have tires balanced and they said they couldnt balance they put tractor beads in my truck tires and charged me 125 dollars. When I left I had to drive the truck at to wreck atw to Asheboro and back jumping around. Took it back and they balanced em no problem like I knew could be done. No money back so paid 125 to balance my wheels.... will never go back. They have no idea what they are doing or are trying to con people in to spending more money.

Had exhaust done on my car and was very dissatisfied

I initially found this store through its great reviews when I had a slow leak in a tire but didnt see a nail. Stopped in and they found a nail near the sidewall but they were able to patch it and it held until the tire wore out. I was pleased they patched the tire instead of plugging it, which they said is their policy for safety reasonsWhen it came time for new tires, I knew I would be back. Honesty and courtesy goes a long way and it was refreshing.. They didnt have the tires I wanted in stock although they could order them, but a family member offered to buy them from Tire Rack for me and this shop accepted the delivery. On the day of my appointment, they serviced me promptly and even had the courtesy to ask if I wanted whitewall or blackwall outside. I was pleased at the option because I hate whitewalls! They completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time, even though they apologized for the wait, it was faster than other places I had been to in my life. I was super happy that they didnt try to push any extra services on me, like an alignment, although I was prepared. I had been told by the Dealer when I had my vehicle serviced in May and informed of the need for tires (which I could see) and was told it would need an alignment because you always need one when you get new tires. Typical Dealer trying to push services not needed but I didnt know. Once my vehicle is out of premium warranty coverage (which includes free oil changes and tire rotations) I will be returning here for my routine maintenance
