Truly a beer connoisseurs heaven. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I am new to 5he area and this is my favorite local watering hole.

BMBW now has a sunday morning service that is wonderful. Its come as you are at 9:30am. Ive never felt more comfortable at a sunday svc as i have here.

Stopped in on our way to Asheville......cool downtown joint with super friendly staff. Glad we stumbled across it...... highly recommend!

I don’t want this to be a bad review because I love coming here and supporting this business, but, tonight I did not feel comfortable at Brown Mountain. Almost every customer in the building that was up walking around or coming up the bar to order drinks did not have a mask on. What makes me more upset than this, is the fact that one of the two bartenders working didn’t have a mask on either. The mask wasn’t below her nose, hanging around her neck, or pulled below her chin; she simply did not have a mask on her face at all. So if you’re looking for an environment where you feel safe and all the right protocols are going to be enforced, this isn’t it. I’m disappointed as I love frequenting this place.

Brown mountain bottle works is the greatest place to just hang out very friendly staff and the owners are top notch people Ive never had a bad time there if you never been there before you need to go there

Excellent place for a beer or glass of wine. You can meet up with friends or just hang out with your laptop or a good book -- and a cold beer, of course. Brown Mountain is a very clean, well run place with a great selection of beers all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.And check out the new coffee service each morning!

Incredible selection and great atmosphere. -1 star for getting scoffed at by an employee for wanting to split a room-temperature bottled ale with my pal. But you definitely need to drop in if youre visiting Morganton.

Quaint and cozy environment with a great selection of beer. Customer service was wonderful, and the selection of music was jazzy and easy to listen to.

Love the rotating taps they offer here. Great way to try a bunch of different craft beers and also a great local selection too. The mead wall was just a bonus!

Thursday is really only good day to go. The tap takeovers. Any other day you are getting old beer from past tap takeovers and the cold can selection is very very limited.

Layed back, good Motown music bin the background. Well have to try it again to give to best review. Is it worth a stop??? Yes maybe more then one.

IMHO, this location has one of the best bottle selections you will find in a 50 mile radius! Coming from Rutherford County North Carolina this would be my go-to spot for any exotic beers!

Awesome spot in downtown Morganton. I visited during a business trip, and the atmosphere, as well as the selection were incredible. I tried two ciders from Asheville, and both were amazing. The selection of bottles is also outstanding. I was able to find a few things that I havent been able to find since moving to North Carolina.

Stopped in on the way to Pineola from Charlotte. Good decision. Great selection of craft brews. Nicely decorated with Pisgah Forest maps and NFS signs (ask Cory how he got those). Will be back.
