Went by, parking lot empty, went in to copy center, 2 employees standing there, asked to have a small piece of foam board laminated, guy said it would take 30 minutes for laminator to heat up before ge could do it. As per staples copy center rules, all equipment is to be turned on at opening so they will be ready to run any job. Even if it was off, only takes about 8 minutes for it to heat up and 2 minutes to run a piece through. Sorry customer service is why they continue to struggle

Purchased Bluetooth headphones (2 )pair of the Tzumi neither set work. Left them to charge overnight nothing. They wont turn on, light up, nothing.I was told that I cant get a refund cause of Covid 19 store policy. I wont be purchasing any headphones from Staples in the near future. Disappointed that neither set of headphones work.

This is a very nice store. Nice sales and easy to get to. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have all supplies for school and office one would need. Store is clean and easy to find what you need.
Nobodys perfect, but the experiences I have had have been great. You have to go to them, they dont come to you, but once you have their attention they give it undivided. So far my treatment there has been a positive one.

I usually love going to our Staples, however my daughter and I experience this morning was horrible. The cashier was super rude and I have never felt so disrespected. First she wouldn’t take my coupon, which was fine and then she started talking with the next person in line. I paid for my order and she only gave me half of my receipt, I’m guessing the coupon part was still attached to the printer. She didn’t thank me until I thanked her first. If your in customer service, customers should be your first priority. Definitely disappointed.
I paid $36.25 to ship an envelope next day air. I ask the clerk if UPS had ran yet this past Saturday and she told me no they had not come yet which led me to belive they were coming. When it didnt arrive I got my paper out for tracking number and saw at the top it said it would not be there until Tuesday. I feel like this clerk misled me and I lost my money!

The Easy button really works. I had a great experience, Kyle and Chimin really helped me when I needed to switch out a shredder that had died. It was a Staples brand, they had the same model, and pulled the ole switch-a-roo! Had to answered a few questions, but it was still EASY!

Needed help finding a audio optical cable and not one employee acknowledged me and when I stood in front of 3 employees needing help not one acknowledged me and asked me if I needed help finding anything while they discussed what needed to be done in the store. Doesnt the customers need come before the need of what needs to be done in the store over stocking, straightening, and cleaning.
Come here for many office supplies. Great to pick up what I need quickly.
They were able to fulfill my photocopy needs.

I had a bit of a dilemma with a project and Jennifer helped me out immensely.Shes courteous, always a smile and responded to my emails promptly. Also, very knowledgeable and helped me converting a file to a PDF file downloading a word processor allowing the conversion. I learned a lot from Jennifer. Shes an asset to your company and Im very grateful for her being so patient with an elderly lady. Thank you Jennifer!

Our clinic has been using staples for many years. For the past year everytime we have a printing/copying job it gets messed up. One time I came to pick up the order and some how they managed to lose it. Then another time the order was on the wrong color, the copy was shifted on the paper (not straight), and they did not make my whole order. We use Staples almost monthly and every single time there has been a problem. This past time I spoke with the copy supervisor and told her of these problems and asked her to make it a priority to make sure our order was done accurately this time. Today we picked up the order to find that the copy was not even done on the right paper that we discussed. I can not believe that she still managed to mess our order up like always. I spoke with my coworkers and we realized that almost every time we place the order it is with her. Unfortunatly we may have to look for another place to get our office supplies and our copies done.
Staples would do well to teach their people to answer the phone instead of avoiding it. I had to wait so long I hung up and went to another store.
If you call to check and see if they have something in stock, make sure they are actually checking the shelve and not just the computer. I was told they had three of a certain label that I needed, drove all the way over there to find out they had 0. Mediocrity at its best in this store.Went to the print counter where I waited while the employee texted. When she finally decided to help me she acted like she was doing me a favor by getting off her butt.When I approached the manager to suggest that he have employees physically verify inventory before telling a customer on the phone that they have something. He made a bs excuse about a return must have affected the inventory and then gave me this super insincere apology. Im only giving this place 1 star because you cant post a review with negative stars. Its very apparent that there are allot of disgruntled employees in this store.

I went into staples to try and print something from my email there was no customer service what so ever and it was just a horrible experience I will not be going back anytime soon.
