We received our handmade entertainment center via delivery with Caleb and Gavin and they were very wonderful in caring for our piece and respectful of our newly built home. Due to COVID, we waited 8 months for it yet Jason was very communicative and remorseful for the time it took. His wife and Joyce also were very helpful in the process. Well worth the craftsmanship and wait! We are very grateful to this fine local store in caring for their builders and customers, alike.

My husband & I have been looking at bedroom furniture for many years and planning for a major master suite overhaul. We chose our new bedroom suite several years ago, but life happened, and we had to put the purchase on hold. We finally completed our renovations this week, and got the suite ordered from Pattersons as promised. We chose the Dutch Country Collection in hickory, and it is absolutely beautiful! We couldnt be happier with it! Jason was very helpful and patient during the decision making process, giving us his undivided attention while we were at the store. Caleb & Christian were very professional, competent, and friendly in delivering the furniture. They added the felt pads to the bottoms as requested and were very careful with our new hardwood floors. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience at Pattersons!

We got a beautiful live edge walnut table from Pattersons. The service was great, the employee was great about giving us multiple quotes on different tables, chairs, etc. They delivered super quick too, and the delivery guys, Jacob and John, were extremely careful with the table.

We are very happy with our new counter height table and chairs. We were able to customize it to our liking. We picked out our wood, finish and fabrics. They were the only place who could give us everything we wanted. Pattersons was also the most reasonable.The quality is very good and Jason is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely worth the trip from Raleigh area. Caleb who delivered the table and chairs was very careful with bringing the furniture in and made sure to protect our floor. He showed us how to work the butterfly leaf and made sure we were happy before leaving. He was very friendly. It took awhile to get but with covid everything is back logged. I would recommend Pattersons anytime.

Our beautiful new kitchen island was delivered today and we love it. It was a long wait, but it was worth it. The finishes are so high quality and its so pretty; its the new highlight of the kitchen.Thanks to our delivery guys, Caleb and Gavin, too. They were both very friendly and took great care not to ding any walls or floor. They answered all our questions and made sure we were happy before they left.

The entire experience with Pattersons, from shopping to delivery, was excellent. We bought the Estate king bed with door cabinet, 2 nightstand and dresser. It is beautiful and very well made. If you are seeking good furniture that is solidly built this is the place to go. Jason and Kasie are great folks to work with and extremely helpful. Keep in mind you can have the furniture built in multiple wood types, in multiple stain colors, with lots of different hardware (drawer pull) choices. You can even customize the sizes and style of pieces to some extent. I had driven by this store many times and finally went in and was glad I did.

We ordered a 5 piece bedroom set and a dining table and 4 chairs from Pattersons. Their prices and customer service was great! I will be buying from them again. Also, Caleb and Logan delivered the furniture and set it up. They were conscientious and respectful. Did a beautiful job moving the old furniture, and putting the new furniture where we wanted it. Five ⭐ all the way around!

Great custom furniture options. Price are a premium, but you can order custom size, finish, options, etc. I am 67 and looking forward to finding and ordering a recliner that is taller for me. Build time can be 4-6 months so plan ahead.They will also deliver up to 500 miles.Should be noted that some things like fabric mats are not Amish, made in India.

We originally went to a big furniture mart in Hickory to look at furniture. These people would not help us or even call us back for pricing details. So we found another Amish store in Morganton…Patterson’s and what an awesome experience. They were so willing to get us exactly what we wanted for our dining room and had the most pleasant customer service attitude. We had our furniture delivered yesterday by Caleb and Logan and they were awesome too.

My husband and I had almost given up on finding a great mattress until we visited Patterson’s Amish Furniture and learned about the Perfect Choice mattress. We just ordered a second one for a guest bedroom. Caleb arrived at our house at the expected time, and took great care not to scuff a wall as he made his way to the other end of the house. He was very personable and was an outstanding representative of a business that still cares about customer satisfaction.

We purchased a king bed in oak with headboard, footboard and side rails. Stain matched perfectly upon arrival with our existing bedroom set. Delivery made by Caleb went exceedingly smooth. He arrived with all necessary tools for assembly and was done in just a few minutes. Would recommend highly Patterson’s.

If you could rate 10 stars I would!Our family purchased a custom made Amish bed and mattress three years ago. We absolutely LOVE it! Not only is it the best bed we have ever slept in, but it is an artisan piece that makes our room beautiful.We think so highly of Jason and his staff we recommended them to my parents. We went into the store on Monday and Jason’s wife gave them her undivided attention for over an hour. They picked out a bedroom suit they like and asked for a quote to be sent. Over the next two days Jason meticulously worked with them to insure the height of the bed and design would accommodate their needs. He recognized at their age they needed special accommodations and worked with them until the design was perfect. They deal was closed today and the fine Amish craftsmen in Ohio will be working on their project in the coming days. I have no doubt they will be as pleased with their bedroom suit as we are with ours.If you are looking for cheap furniture in a store with I knowledgeable and rude salespeople, then DO NOT go to Patterson’s Amish Furniture. Jason only sells fine furniture that will. OT only last your lifetime it will be treasured pieces your family will enjoy for generations to come. They are worth the drive to Morganton! Very nice furniture store. People running this place are great! Store is very organized and clean. We ordered a desk to be made custom. Took a few months but the wait was well worth it, the desk is beautiful and extremely well crafted. The Amish really know how to build furniture.

The kindness shown to us at Pattersons Amish Furniture is unprecedented in our experience. After looking through several stores for chairs that would go with our cherry dining room table, we visited Pattersons. The staff worked with us cheerfully, allowing us to borrow chair after chair till we found the one best for our home. Once we settled on the chair, and the stain color, they helped us procure perfect leather for the seats. It wasnt easy... Im afraid we put them through their paces; but they were exceedingly helpful and patient. I cant express how grateful we are for their kindness. Our chairs are handsome and amazingly comfortable. This is a wonderfull place to get great Amish furniture. Its from my home area. The young men who put together my daughters bed were just super wonderful. These are great people to work with. Joyce is wonderful to work with getting everything you want. We ordered a chest for her today will be here in about 10-12 weeks. It will be just like her bed. She cant wait for it.

The furniture is exquisite. Absolutely beautiful. Out of my price range, but not exorbitant. Considering the craftsmanship, the prices were reasonable. The woman at the cashier was very friendly, open, and kind. I had a lovely conversation with her (we were the only ones in the store). It was a bit hard to navigate a stroller in the store, so a wheelchair would be hard to get around.Definitely worth a stop if you are in the market for quality furniture.

Shopping and buying furniture at Patterson’s Amish furniture in Morganton, NC is a refreshing “Mayberry experience. We have worked with Jason, the store owner on several occasions, recently with a purchase of a new bed set. Not only did he complete the set up with us on delivery, but he also helped us move out our old set. He is the consummate shop owner host, working to understand our needs and desires. The quality of the furniture is remarkable. The wood is gorgeous and we have never seen such beautiful, smooth finishes in pieces with solid workmanship made to last. We are excited to anticipate working with Jason again next year as we will have a newly built lake house to furnish.

Okay. So my wife and I stopped yesterday in Morganton as part of our continuing effort to visit the county seats of all 100 counties in NC. Have seen adds for Pattersons on I-40 for years but never took time to stop. But, we were there, right across street from courthouse, so we went in. And, Im certainly glad we did! Greeted appropriately, absolutely fantastic US made furnishings and noooo pressure to Buy NOW. Excellent quality furniture. Absolutely will return to make a purchase!!!
