Staff are very friendly and helpful as long as you remember that this location is NOT UPS. This is a franchise and does not provide UPS prices ($5 up-charge on package pickup) or services (e.g. UPS MyChoice).

Lost two of my boxes. They were busy and said to leave on the counter, they would take care of it. Amazon never received it and this store has no reference of it being dropped off. Even had the nerve to ask me if I was sure I dropped it off. I ask them to review their camera and they said it didn’t work. Crooks and bad attitude. Who operates a business with a rating of 3. Go out of business.

Exceptional Customer Service. Chris, the manager, has ALWAYS provided courteous and helpful service. The other staff members reflect the same customer service. I have NEVER had any issue with this store. They go above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. They deserve 10 STARS !!!

The store is kept clean and runs efficiently. I also really appreciate that store employees require masks and social distancing; that truly shows a commitment to keeping customers safe. I wish other stores in the community would follow their example.

The employees of this store are so courteous and helpful! I also appreciate their policies and the following of the Governors mandate to wear masks. The fact that Burke County has a very high Covid rate, this is one of the few places that I feel comfortable in doing business with. Thank you UPS employees for being so considerate!!

Staff takes COVID seriously and enforces wearing masks (correctly - over your mouth AND nose, the whole time) as well as limiting the number of customers in the store at one time. This is what every store should be doing. Im willing to bet most of the low ratings/reviews are from the anti-mask crowd. 🙄

Chris Leonhardt was absolutely rude... I came in without a mask was only going to be in there not even 5 minutes (as recommended by the CDC no longer than 15 min.) he told me if I didnt like it go to staples! Well guess what buddy its America and were still FREE so I will!!

Great store service and very grateful that the management at the store is enforcing mask wearing. Thank you for caring about everyone’s safety and health! Also, in reading some of the negative reviews posted, I strongly suspect that the only problem that these folks are really having is regarding the wearing of masks in the store and their refusal to comply!! I have been in the Morganton store a number of times in the past few months and have never experienced a problem with rudeness from management or any employee whatsoever! They expedite everything in the shipping process.

Im in this UPS Store frequently and ALWAYS get exceptional customer service. When I ship pkgs, they give me options for quickest and/or least expensive transit, which easily competes with USPS pricing. The big difference is how easy these guys make it for me. I dont have to handwrite anything, tape all the boxes, wait in line, etc.

Take your needs to Staples or the Hickory UPS Store. Chris, the manager is extremely rude and seems to enjoy that about himself. He was overly, out of his way rude to not only myself, but to the three customers Im aware he assisted during my visit. In fact, one lady in front of me waited on me to apologize on his behalf saying, Dont take it personal, he was rude to me, and the elderly couple in front of me. When I called back to get his name, he replied as if he was proud of his behavior, Yes, Chris, it was 100% me. This type of behavior is unacceptable in customer service.

I went to drop off a package. The store clerk, Chris, was extremely rude with a bad attitude. After a minute of interaction with him, I said you don’t have to be so rude. So he refused to take my package and told me to go else where. Not to mention he was very rude to the elderly couple and another lady ahead of me. Can’t believe the store is ok with him being “the face” of their business.

Store associate, Bethany, has a terrible attitude. She acts as if youre an inconvenience to her and lacks the simplest customer service skills. I understand people have bad days, but Ive been in three different times and she always is just as miserable.

Deny service based on political persuasion and would not even receive package. I arranged UPS pick-up instead which I should have just done to begin with. So Ill be glad to not waste my time going to these people and will stay out of the store.

Shipped a package and was charged more than double what I was charged just two weeks prior. Exact same package, exact same contents, exact same ground service. Watch out this place will price gouge you. Go to Staples and ship with them for all your UPS needs.

Extremely rude ran my mother out she never shipped before. Waited the line outside in the cold 4 times. She came and got me and ran us both out. Went to staples and all that was wrong was a scanner malfunction.

I have used this store for all my returns and every time they were fast and friendly. The only thing that need to improve is the schedule on the door and the internet time. The sign on the door says open but closed same with the internet.

Extremely rude put a box in the droo box and the driver took it out and left it overnight in the rain i saw it while driving past the next morning. Told the man at the store he was rude saying boxes should not go in there but i had just put one in there two days before and it shipped. He was walking away from me when i was telling him what happened went in the back and did not come back out to finish our conversation.

Needed to ship back a package & I had to send them the printing label which I tried to through their email & it wouldn’t go through . The guy rudely said “that’s not my problem” . @UPS, that’s the kind of guy you want to hire to be rude at customers ? Pathetic

They said they were open till 4:00 on Friday May 24th. Showed up and they had a sign on their door that they decided to close at 2:00. How unprofessional! Off to FedEx I go!
