Price for things is really good but they said my part would be there and its not so their timing is off. I am changing the 🌟 stars bc I was supposed to pick up my part yesterday and who knows when Ill get it. I shouldve just went with Walmart.

Good size store with friendly staff! A gentleman working there checked if I was finding everything ok. I actually asked him a few questions and then he walked me up to the register and rang up my purchase quickly and efficiently.

Went there with a check engine light on. Got the code cleared. Went to start the vehicle and the battery completely died. They gave me a jumper box to jump it. After numerous attempts the jumper box couldnt jump my Hemi. When I asked the manager why it wasnt working he said that the jumper didnt have enough power for that big of a battery. He was the one that gave the jumper to me. Then he said that he had no other way to jump me and I would have to wait for a company car to come by if at all and he might give me a jump. Another worker informed me that he wasnt standing outside to help me anymore because he was cold So I was left stranded in the parking lot of a auto parts store. Then another worker from another worker from a different autozone came by and gave me a jump, tested the battery, and told me what size battery was needed. I will be going to this individuals auto zone instead. It might have been different if I wasnt stranded with no other options.

I bought great new headlights and the sales clerk told me they will put them in for me. I was quite impressed.

My experience wit AutoZone is with the commercial side of the parts store. I’ve been in the automotive business for over twenty years and to say I’ve had tons of interactions with parts stores is an understatement. The people that work at store # 4619 are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They always have my shops best interest at heart and work as hard as they can to make sure we have the parts we need in a timely manor so that our customers have there vehicles back quickly. If there is ever a question on anything Barry and Robin have always went above and beyond any expectation you could have. To say this store is top notch is the truest statement anyone can make.

Only had the high end parts no economy parts its an older car need lower price.. sorry you did have lower price parts but only through ordering I was in need quality brakes 😅

The man changed a license plate light for me and my son. I had no tools or knowledge of how to do it. He went out and checked to make sure that was the problem and fixed it for me!! Top notch employee!

I really like this parts store. They are always helpful. They usually have a good selection of things that I am looking for. I also like the tool borrow program. It comes in handy when you only need a tool one time and dont want to purchase it. Just use it, and return it, no charge.

Every time Ive come to the store the staff have always treated me with respect and have taken time to give me options for parts if possible. The staff has been knowledgeable during my interactions. Very good with explaining warranty options and even helped look up warranty information on parts bought at another autozone. The tool loan program is a very nice program and helps complete jobs without having to buy a tool for a one time job.

I went in due to a huge glare on my windshield and I was about to drive home (an hour away) in the dark and all I could see was this glare. I went in and the gentleman helped me figure out which product I would work the best on the windshield. He suggested a wand and a cleaner that made cleaning the window a breeze and I immediately had no more glare and was safe to drive home in the dark. Thank you for being there to help me in my time of need. *highly recommend rain x interior cleaner and the triangle windshield cleaning wand.

On my first and last visit to this AutoZone, I needed a lower idler pulley for a GM V6 engine. I gave them the year, make and model of my vehicle, and the counter guy found the part number and said they had it in stock. The gentleman brought the part up to the counter, and upon inspection, I noticed the pulley had grooves in it. I explained to him that the lower pulley was smooth, and that it didn’t have grooves. He showed me the picture on the computer and told me that this was in fact the part listing and began insisting that I must have been wrong. I walked into a different parts store nearby and within 30 seconds I had the correct SMOOTH pulley in my hand. If you are going to sell automotive parts, don’t argue with the person actually working on the automobile!!!

I have shopped her and had a good experience. This morning, I bought a new battery for my Jeep Liberty, as the other battery was dead. Despite the pouring ran, the associate who helped me pleasantly agreed to install the battery for me, and did it quickly and graciously.

I have always had great results and the right parts at a cheaper rate than others. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was very thankful when they came to town. Seemed like Napa was always over priced and advanced was always out of stock. This is my new automotive supplier.

The individuals working at this AutoZone were more than helpful replacing a relatively new battery for me. I called them and told them that my battery was only a little over a year old and I was having issues with it and they had me come right in and replaced it without any questions or hassles.

Okay for a busy place

I had to show an employee how to order a part in their system. I showed up to pick up the part, and it wasnt there. I had to go back again the next day. But for the most part, they stock or are able to get parts that I need.

The sales person I dealt with was very helpful, I will be returning. Also have been telling all friends about this store. Keep up the good work!! It is nice to know you can walk in this store and can walk out with a smile, whether they have what you need or not.

I came here to get a bolt I needed replaced the gentleman helping me went and got it and I paid for it went home to find out it wasnt even close to right size. I live about 15-20 mins away so I was alil mad but things happen. I get there and noticed the other employee was walking across the parking lot with pizza for their lunch I assume so I decided to b quick so they can eat. But the moment I walk in the same gentleman had a instant attitude and I explained the bolt was the wrong size and he said well this was all I could find with a attitude. I told him instead of giving me the wrong size he should have told me they didnt have my size but no he gave me something he knew I couldnt even use. I asked if I could look at their choices to see if I could figure something out so he hands me my options and GUESS WHAT they had the EXACT bolt I needed he just didnt look I guess. I told him I found the right size and he literally beat on the keyboard as he refunded me and rang up the new bolt. I dont understand why he needed the attitude I understood their lunch just got there or I am a woman and know cars but really?! I will no longer go here from now on I will drive another 10 mins to advance auto.

These guys consistently take care of me, as busy as they typically are, and give good advice. The other day, they went above and beyond to get my battery replaced even though it was cold and my car was a pain (45 min estimated battery change) so they could have declined by company policy.

Robin, Barry, and the whole crew are knowledgeable and great to work with! They go above and beyond to help us out!

I was helped by an enthusiastic lady named Shelby today. I always get good customer service at the Earl Core Road store. She was very helpful and searched through the inventory of pre-formed heater hoses until she found one I could adapt to my 1976 Chevy since the part I needed was no longer available. My old car is back on the road and I had a very pleasant experience. Thank you Shelby and staff at Autozone.

Living 600 miles away in Chicago, my daughter who attend WVU needed her tail light replaced. I called the Autozone in Morgantown and they told me it was not a problem and they would be able to help replace the bulb. My daughter went to the store the next day and purchased the bulb but the sales person told her he could not help with the replacement. It turns out, after I found local shop to help her replace the bulb, Autozone sold her the wrong bulb. 0 for 2 for this store.
