This place is a joke lady tried to tell me that my sim card was for a internet box well then whyu did it come with a cell phone number and why did I eventually get it working no hel to u .. what a joke this place is better to just go online there so lazy there afraid of a little work

My son and I has had boost mobile for almost a year. Where we live they updated our towers and we lost our service. It’s been almost two weeks since this has happened. They can’t fix the problem so we half to change services now. Since we haven’t had any service for that period of time they won’t Reimbursed any money to us

My baby went in there to get another phone because he (broke) his I think, anywho, I waited forever before he came back out and we had to rush to get other things done before he had to go to work.

Im assuming because I was a African American female!! Then she gave me a interview so brief ! So distant and cold ! Then I went to go shake her hand ! She hesitated ! I will never shop at boost again !! And his will be on my blog !
