Affordable, quick, and professional. Phone (iPhone8 with badly busted screen) was fixed within an hour of walk-in. They even called a month later to make sure everything was working well. Talk about good customer service! Would highly recommend!

CPR is by far the best computer repair service in the area. They go the extra step all the time. I had a hard drive crash and they utilized every tool and resource they had until the data was recovered. The staff communicates very well, are very professional, and are skilled at what they do. The first time that I cracked my screen. I paid $200+ and purchased the screen protector recommended to me by the staff. I was told that the the, Next time you crack the screen, it would only be a $10 fix. I thought that was a wonderful warranty. So, I felt good about the purchase of the pricey screen protector. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.Fast forward a couple months later, I cracked my screen again (I am purchasing a better case). So, I head down to CPR. This time, there was a different staff member. He was rather rude and condescending. He informed me that the repair would be $199. I told him about the warranty from my last visit to CPR. He claimed that the $10 fix was for the screen protector and not the screen itself. I was stunned.Had I known that it wasnt going to help out, I wouldnt have purchased that screen protector. I feel swindled and humiliated. Its a terrible business practice to tell customers to purchase warranty protection and then do a switch when coverage is needed. I left without the repair. My phone still works, so it isnt urgent to have it fixed. Ill find another business that isnt going to bait and switch.

Wifes iPad stopped charging, she lost access to data that hadnt been backed up and was out a tablet. They were able to isolate the problem to a specific circuit component and replace it.Staff was polite, professional, and attentive. Explained things clearly at each step. Very happy with their work.

They were very friendly and helpful while my console was in the shop. Even though the issue my console faced in the end could not be fixable, they did everything they could to attempt to resolve the issue. If any issues arise with other devices of mine I will most definitely go to them for help.

When I took my 2012 MacBook Pro to Best Buy they essentially told me the hard drive went bad, because the laptop is so old. They said I would just have to buy a new laptop. Took it to CPR for a second opinion and they discovered that just one cable went bad, not the entire hard drive. They were able to replace it and return it to me in less than 2 days for under $100. Thanks to CPR I saved so much money and my laptop is as good as new!

The choice was made to not repair the cell phone. However, they were so helpful. They were able to power it up long enough that I could change a setting to allow me access to my emails. They did the work on my iPad, it was a $150.00 repair, no issues with that this far. I went to pay the first screen was a prompt to leave a tip. I pressed no, then the recipe had a tip line on it like restaurants have. The guy said “you want to leave a tip”? This guy was well fed and you know they make more than waitresses on a hourly wage, and wanting a tip. I’m sure they made bank on my $150.00 repair.....Really? They have balls for sure.......When you go in there be ready to be solicited for a tip!!

I took my desktop (a custom build) down to CPR. I had no idea what was wrong with it. They were able to diagnose the problem in about 30 minutes, and they had it fixed in about 2 hours. It needed a new hard drive, which they installed at a very reasonable price. Super happy that I went there!

The girl was nice that repaired my daughter’s phone but took longer that we were told at drop off. We were told 1 and 1/2 hrs and it took 2 and 1/2hrs. She tried to sell us accessories at retail prices. But overall, happy with the new screen!

Best experience Ive ever had trying to repair my phone!!!! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. My phone had water damage, after bringing it in on a Wednesday morning, I had my phone completely fixed and working like new by that afternoon. Not only were they fast but the price was completely reasonable!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!!

The staff at CPR are both professional and quick to do repairs. I have had numerous devices there for repair and all are still working better than new for me.

Matt replaced the screen on my galaxy 9+ in 2 hours. A bit pricey but comparable and a whole lot less than a new phone. I looked at it as the price I paid for not having a screen protector. Will never go without a good one again. Thanks cpr.

Friendly staff that are good with receiving and returning calls, however, I was very hesitant to pay a non refundable diagnostic fee if the device couldnt for sure be fixed. The employee reassured me that the device could be fixed it just may cost a little mothan expected if it was something else. They had it for two weeks and could not fix it. I asked for a refund, due to being persuaded and assured they would fix it. They denied my request, so basically I paid 40 something dollars to be told they didnt know what was wrong with my device and wasted approximately 2 weeks of my time.

Full disclosure, I havent used their services yet, but was glad to find them. They have an evaluation fee, but it is waived if they do the repair.....fair.

I’ve had two different phones serviced here in the past year and the results have been great! (A new battery for my phone and a new screen for my son’s) both phones are like new and working great!

A simple screen repair ended with the counter guy handing me my telephone completely disassembled saying that a repair could not be made as the display pins on the logic board were damaged. So, I took my phone to the Apple store in South Hills, hoping maybe they could fix it... the technician there explained that the pins had been damaged when the screen was being removed. I ended up having to purchase a new phone. I then contacted this location, not to demand reimbursement or anything else, I was simply trying to point out their (expensive) mistake.. because I get it, accidents do happen, and I have made mistakes and dealt with rude customers in my profession before, but I was completely blown off by the staff and treated very, very poorly. Fast-forward a year, my “new” phone’s screen had been damaged in a motorcycle accident and I needed it repaired. I was going to give this location and company another chance, especially after the owner, Diana, ensured me that they could repair my phone promptly and correctly. I went in to get it fixed on THREE separate occasions and they did not have any iPhone X screens in stock, even after telling me “oh, we should get a new shipment of them on ____ date. Come by then!” This is not good customer service, and it is most certainly why I will never do business with, nor recommend Fanelli Boys to anyone I know.

READ BEFORE YOU GOvery nice staff and good to work with but I started noticing the issues when I got home they changed my camera to a low-grade camera and mover it to the side and my screen could pop off at any time given. then I realized that they had put on a weaker screen and it has broken 3 times in the last week. The staff is quite knowledgeable on how to fix various technological devices. I needed a new top piece for my laptop, and when the wrong part came, they told me they would charge me the price of the wrong, cheaper part rather than the correct part which was more expensive. Once the RIGHT part arrived, my laptop was fixed within that same day. Highly recommend if you need a device fixed.

Prompt response, reasonable and clear pricing, thorough work.I should add that I did pay the non-refundable diagnostic fee of $40. However as my Amex card covered my laptop under extended warranty Amex would be refunding it to me.For the $40 that I paid, they diagnosed the issue (screen internal connection issue) and gave me an estimate to submit to Amex claims department. Also while diagnosing the main issue they fixed couple of minor problems on the driver/software side.

Like Malik Thornton I have had my phone screen fixed to not only has my batter been dying really fast to I think I need to do some research on the place. I let them handle my pc for about 3 weeks have not herd back I had to call to see or hear what the problem was at first I was confused. now I guess my motherboard has something sticky on it but I want to see something about this shop if they fix this problem I’ll definitely fix to 5 stars but otherwise this company may be making small fractures to your devices say I broke my screen they will fix it but damage another problem for you to bring it back soon may be true may not be as soon as my computer is finished I will run my on diagnostics on my system and see things threw.

I’m a serial cellphone screen breaker. Brought my iPhone in 3-4 times over the past couple years and never had a problem - call in, make an appt, drop it off for a day and my phone is back to life 😄 Once I even soaked my phone in a kayak and they were able to resuscitate it. 10/10!

They damaged my tablet.My tablet was working perfectly before I gave it to them. I gave it to them to replace the screen, unfortunately, my tablet is no longer functioning and even worse they took a $42 fee for the diagnosis while theyre supposed to compensate me for the damage?

Had to take in 7 Iphones to have all their batteries replace they did a great jobs and did it quickly given the age of the phones I called in and made sure before hand that they had the batteries to do it. After everything was done and said the price wasnt bad and the customer service was great. These guys from what Ive seen, and what I learned from talking to them, they know their stuff. I recommend these guys if you have any tech issues. If i ever have anything I cant do myself Ill be having them to do it for me.
