Im not usually a fan of big chain retailers, however, this chain particularly has skewed my normal views! From ordering with their online app to pickup curbside, I have never experienced a more manageable and capable app! Quick picks and convenient categories make shopping online a breeze! And pickup even easier! The only downside is not being allowed to tip the grocery loader! Lets work on the Giant Eagle! Footwork deserves appreciation! The store itself is very organized and clean! When I shop I enjoy snacking so that I dont buy unnecessary hunger pain impulse purchase, so having a deli with hot fresh prepared food is essential for my shopping trips. And again, giant eagle did not disappoint! With a liquor store and beer cave, as well as a fuel station and free air pump, this really is a one stop shop for all your grocery and extra curricular needs!

There was no line and surfaces were being cleaned between customers. The store was well lit and seemed to be well stocked with a large assortment of items. This location has a liquor department as well as a bakery and deli. There is a drive through pharmacy at the location as well. They even have fresh flowers and greeting / assorted gift cards for that anniversary you didnt forget about until the last minute 😉

Siara make my daughter Prudence first birthday cake and her smash cake.. the smash cake came out beautifully could have done it better!! the actual half a sheet cake was absolutely what we wanted and so much more!!! She truly want above and beyond!!! The cake tasted absolutely amazing!!

It can be a little more on the expensive side, but they also have some pretty incredible money savers. I’ve also pretty much also always received excellent service when I’m there. Plus the deli and seafood department is easily the best in town.

The grocery selection has such a wide variety and so reasonably priced! The employees were all wonderful, too. The whole experience reminded me of when I would go to the grocery store with my Grandma. This is my new favorite grocery store!

This giant eagle is extremely clean. The employees all wear masks and they are very helpful. They have a wide variety of selections in the meat seafood deli and produce. This is my favorite go to store 😂

I have to give this store ab A+ rating. During this national emergency they continue to operate in the upmost efficiency and a positive attitude. In the 21st Century, why do we need some sort of special card to go grocery shopping? You cant check out at the self-service checkouts without some sort of Eagle card. Which means, dont run in to Giant Eagle to pick up something quick.Other than the exclusive card thing, Giant Eagle looks like a typical grocery store. I did notice that they had a few of the higher-end things that you dont find a Walmart, but nothing so special that you couldnt find it down the road at Kroger. Store was very clean an appealing -- aisles are wide and store lighting is bright. Wed stop here more often if it werent so pseudo-exclusive with the membership card thing.

All of their stores are clean and stocked. However their employees are lazy, rude and could care less if you return. I’ve been to two of their stores the one on University and the one on Greenbag and it’s the same terrible service but sometimes you get lucky enough to get an employee that is helpful and nice and it’s just enough to keep you coming back.

I have shopped here so long, I know just about everyone on a first name basis. It feels like a family atmosphere.

Whatever new foods come out giant eagle will have it before other stores. Great fresh produce. Their produce cant be beaten by any other store.

Great store. Self-checkout is a disaster. 3 of 5 times I’ve used self checkout I had to have help multiple times to get through checkout. And each time waited several minutes for manager to come, “help is on the way”. Recommendation would be to shop when stores (both of them in Morgantown) are less busy and you can check out with a real person. Cashiers are great!

Very clean...friendly employees...courteous when helping. Fresh veg and fruits....wide variety. Deli has wide selection and also a great area for fresh fish and seafood. Paid a bill through the office....including waiting my turn...took 15 minutes top.

I had car trouble the day I went. It was very hot out and the manager gave my God Daughter candy and my wife, 2 bottles of cold water to help. Other employees also tried to aid us with our dilemma. Everyone was wonderful

Early Saturday night shopping was very quiet. Very nice that they felt it was important to decorate a wall for the military.Ill go back.

I was disappointed with the selections of canned or packaged tuna, no lactose free creamer. I felt like the prices for meats (turkey, beef and chicken) were a little high. Cant stock everything. I did score some honeycrisp apples on sale

Pharmacy pretty good. Technicians need customer relations training. Pharmacists excellent.Store not well-run . Must NEVER do inventory analysis since they rarely restock my favorites. I’ve started back to Kroger’s most of the time.

Prices seem a little higher but the perks are better too. It seems less crowded than some places around Morgantown and I usually find what I need. They have their own line of organics as well.

They are currently fixing up the store, so a bit of a mess atm. Things are hard to find..but they have always been so. Still, it is the only store locally that has certain products that I want and the international selection is better than most local grocery stores. I simply wish it was cheaper.

They really stepped up their game for COVID and had PPE available for purchase.

Giant Eagle on the Greenbag RD is The Best Grocery store in town. Best produce meat seafood and Deli. The people are nice helpful and friendly. I am thankful to have this store to shop at. Sandra Johnson

Probably my favorite grocery store in town! They have fresh local produce, lots of options for every product you could want, and with the getgo 300 yards away you cam basically get all your shopping done here.

A good store, beer and liquor prices are best. Sale prices our good, otherwise not so good. A super store with meat department, deli, bakery, etc.

For Morgantown this is an ok store. A Starbucks and a salad bar would be a nice upgrade. Morgantown needs a Whole Foods but a upgraded GE Market District would be great.

Always warm and friendly, the workers at Giant Eagle are willing to find what the customer needs and answer any questions they may have. Generally the store is equipped with seasonal and basic culinary needs.

Not bad as long as you dont get that one cashier, the older woman. Geraldene I believe her name is. I shop at GE several times a week. Just like today, after standing in line for 12 mins already bc she wants to tell her whole life story and take her good old time. The cashier a few mins ago seen me standing in line for over 12-15 mins she only had 2 customers before me. One was almost checked out, but yet she wants to tell life stories and take her time. Shes made me late several times. I like G.E. just wish they would do something. You stand in line for 15-20 mins bc the cashier is slow and tell her whole life story.
