I had placed an order 09/07/21 with Drinkworks for some alcohol pods for my Drinkworks Machine and also some filters and cleaning tablets. Since the alcohol and the other items come from different places,, they arrive separately. I believe that the tablets & filters were delivered without incident on 09/13/21. On 09/20/21, a week after receiving the 1st part of my shipment, I reached out to Drinkworks to inquire about my order. They advised that it appeared in their system that FedEx had shipped back my order to ReserveBar.com . To the best of my knowledge, they never attempted to deliver my order, left a door tag, called, text or e-mailed me regarding the delivery, other than the generic text advising that since the order has alcohol, it must be delivered to someone 21 years of age. I can not believe that they returned my order that I have already been charged for. Funny things, their site shows the order delivered and someone with the name CcMcDaniel signed for it. Like I said, I have contacted the vendor Drinkworks who advised that they will reach out to ReserveBar and attempt to re-send my order. I have also contacted FedEx to complain and asked for an investigation into how an order can simply be returned with NO EFFORT to reach out to the Customer. I only live about 10-15 minutes away from the FEDEX Center and could have went and picked up the order. FedEx is terrible. This is not my first issue with them. Their National Customer Service Center contacted me this evening and I told them that they need to get me my order to me immediately, they advised that they would work on it. LIKE I SAID, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
The FedEx website says they will print a label if you have a barcode. They would not print a shipping label for me. I had to drive a couple minutes away and pay for it at a print shop. The guy was nice enough, but this issue should be addressed.
Idk how Fed-EX stays in Buisness. You Might as well just use a friggin carrier pigeon next time. #GOUPS
Terrible service ethic. Just dumped package at bottom of long driveway with no attempt to leave it anywhere near the door. Drive-by thief grabbed it (assuming. Maybe the driver, even?). Had money in it to help a poor family. Very disappointed and never using them again.

I have had 3 packages delivered this week, all to the wrong location. Each delivery states it has been delivered to the front door, which is incorrect. They have all been left by a garage out in the weather almost 1/4 mile from my home.. Each time I have contacted customer service to no avail. I have clear delivery instructions on the Fedex tracking app, but I guess those instructions mean nothing. Poor, poor service.
Was a littlw late getting there but they still let us get our package. Very friendly representatives on the phone as well
The staff were friendly and helpful. A person came in after me that was giving the staff a very hard time, they handled it well.
First and foremost the one star reviews have nothing to do with the storefront. They were very helpful, provided tape to finish prep for shipping and offered the best pricing out of all services with declaration. Customer service was awesome. Dont let the one star reviews stop you from shipping through here.

I have been tracking down packages for 2 1/2 weeks that FedEx said was delivered to my door, 1 of which was told I signed for, I still have 4 missing but delivered packages & its 3 days after Christmas. Its amazing that UPS truck found my house but FedEx is still lost!!! BTW there help # is useless. I guess Im going back out to hunt for packages since the company PAID to it cant!!!
Very disappointing service. Had a package that had the correct address on it and everything, then it ended up in a completely different state. Then they failed to deliver a package claiming “incorrect address” when I have things delivered on a regular basis. It seems like a whole lot of laziness on the delivery drivers.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. FedEx labeled a package as refused by customer and they were going to return it to sender. BUT they never even showed up with the package!! How could it have been refused?? When I caught this, I was informed I would have to pick the package up if I wanted it. They would not REdeliver!! Stick with UPS.

Fed ex is a joke! They said the couldn’t deliver my package because“Delay in delivery due to weather or natural disaster”That is total B.S. I pay good money to have my packages delivered and there is no excuse for this total lack of ambition from the drivers. I was out driving around today and there hasn’t been snow on any roads for 2 days. What a waste of my time and money.

Find a different carrier they have had my package on there truck for 2 days out for delivery but have made no attempt to deliver it thats not counting the time it took to get to my home office this is a birthday present from my daughter that they are making no attempt to deliver
We waited at home all day for a very important package. I checked the tracking all day and it said it was on the truck for delivery. Just checked again and it says “unable to deliver, no attempt made”. So I called and Fedex corporate said they have no idea why it wasn’t delivered and the Morgantown shop is closed so I can’t even go get it. I have had to go to their location more times than I can count to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. This place is a joke.
Many times now package put back on the truck and lame excuses for not delivering. This is not the first time this has happened. Frustrating!

My packages are always left where they can get wet, been when it is raining. Found one package in my yard. They even left a package in my garbage bin by the road once! Found it three days later when putting out the garbage. My house is a good ways off road but yet it was delivered at front door. They never knock or ring doorbell. I am home most of the time when packages are delivered, they dont even come close to the door.

This service really sucks. Ive had a package sitting in Morgantown since Monday. Scheduled delivery has been delayed everyday because of weather. Yet UPS managed to get here just fine as did USPS. And FedEx trucks can be seen all over town. And yet my package languishes in Morgantown.
Never any lines. Your in and out! Plus there is a Dropbox outside if the store is closed. All with very nice staff!
Was having a problem with retrieving a lable from my email. Not fedexs fault. They were really patient and understanding. Altho I didnt get the lable till the next day it wasnt any fault of theirs...

Why do I have to call a 1-800 number and sit on the phone for fifteen minutes in order to be able to contact my local ship station? You literally have to beg and pass an inquisition for the luxury of contacting the Green Bag Road location. Finally just gave up and called UPS store on their direct line. It took UPS about 30 seconds to address my inquiry. The lost art of customer service.
2x FedEx has not delivered perishable items when they were supposed to adding up to a total of $340 wasted. Luckily, the merchant worked with me to rectify the monetary issue, but I would never use FedEx for anything I had control over. The first time the driver lied and said that the store was closed. I was home all day and its not a store its a residence. The 2nd time they didnt even attempt delivery.UPDATE: Now the 2nd delivery has been damaged and is not deliverable. The management at this facility needs an overhaul.
I had a simple question,but there was no local number to call. Calling the 800 number only got me a completely useless robo-voice. It was an extremely frustrating experience and my question was never answered. Obviously, FedEx has too much business to handle and is trying to discourage customers. I will try to help them out from now on by never doing business with FedEx again. They are only getting a one star review because I can not post this with zero stars.
Twice they have said delivered and not delivered. Driver had explicit instructions. Was perishable food. Very disappointing. I got the text update it was supposedly delivered 2 hours after the supposed fact.

I used to use fedex a lot at my previous location. Now I have had to avoid them at all cost because the Morgantown drivers cannot find my house. I am the only house on the street. My mailbox is white and has numbers right on it indicating my address...and its a thru street so that you have to pass my house to exit. I cant believe how incompetent their drivers are.
I have packages shipped to the Morgantown location weekly and I always get wonderful customer service.
Our Fedex delivery guy(Jason) is awesome. When we need something extra he always goes out of his way to make it happen for us.

Fedex never attempted delivery. No door bell, no knock no door tag. Just an online update saying no one was home. Guess what. Ive been home all day so shame on you fedex faking a delivery attempt. They always attempt deliveries when you are at work and then if you want to schedule a delivery at a normal hour when people are home i.e. evenings or weekends they make you pay $5.25. Then the customer service is poor and frustrating.

I had a package shipped from Michigan to a store in PA(FFL). It was to be 2 day. They keep saying cant deliver, store closed and it is a lie. The store is open from 7am to 9pm every day. They just dont want to deliver fhere for the Morgantown Fedex. Lazy and stupid. I even call the owner of the store and he says they always have trouble with Fedex. It will soon be 6 buisness days and hard to tell if it will ever get deliverd.
You can ship your packages from here, thats about it. Go to UPS store if you require more helpful customer service.
This is one of the worst organizations I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I often have to canvas the neighborhood looking for my packages. Some are never recovered. Other packages are dropped in the mail or left at the post office. Today I have one stuck at a facility over an hour away. Calls to customer service go unanswered or answered by someone who has no interest. I now refuse to deal with companies that use FedEx. This company needs to go away.
