Have been using this store for many years for returns and mailing packages.. I always find the people that work there very helpful and efficient..

Efficient professional employees. I was able to make an Amazon rental return and amazon refund return in about two minutes including purchasing an envelope for the rental.

I have a eco-friendly skincare company here...and they absolutely make sure if I need extra cushion for my glass jars, they put recyclable paper in my box. They just boxed up a beautiful velvet box for me and made sure everything was perfect! As my company grows...we will continue to use UPS!

Website had yellow banner across the top that they were open July 5. Drove 28 miles from Uniontown PA to find they were closed. Extremely annoyed.

Make sure to package everything just in case or theyll charge you.

Extremely rude employees. I pulled my mask down to unlock my phone and was immediately jumped by two employees and asked to pull my mask back up. I was informed that it was a federal mandate and I’d have to leave if I didn’t keep it on.

The Worst Shipping Store I’ve ever been to. Should’ve guess from the poor Service and phone service. I wouldn’t trust this store with shipping anything. Fed-ex will definitely take better care of you or USPS.Got my item shipped and left the item in there hands after payment, You can tell my product was not broken during shipment but deliberately broken by staff who wrapped my product.

I like this store and recommend doing business here. The staff is mostly polite & courteous. Ive recently moved, but I was a customer for years and usually was helped by Heather so I could feel confident things would be done the way I liked them. It was also nice to have a woman help me on the days she was working when I stopped in. (seemed like most days I was there.) Not every experience Ive had with the young men has been delightful. Mostly, but not all. Was sad to learn this store lost such a good, long-time employee.

Employees work quickly and efficiently to provide needs of myself and other customers. I have been in several times when the store was packed to the gill, have never waited more than 5-10 minutes, and was always provided excellent service regardless of the chaos around me.

Everyone at this location is so helpful and kind! I ship a lot of packages out of there and no matter how many I have, they are efficient and patient. Great group of people working here!

If you need boxes, definitely look elsewhere- 6$ for a ten inch cube!!!! Absolutely gouged!! Id hate to see how much a larger box costs!

Today I went in to send my mails using 2-3 days delivery with tracking number. I have sent out mails to the same address last year for 5$. First thing that I was told was we cant send out tax documents except for 2-3 days priority mail which is fine with me. I have used the same services from the same store from same address for 2-3 days priority mail for 5$. He told me its going to cost 30$. He said theres is nothing for 2-3 days with tracking for less than 20-30$ which was hard for me to believe as i have used the same type of mail services from same place even last month for 4.5$. I have the receipts from last year. He was just being rude and Ive had bad experience with him before also. He is just outride rude. Sent my documents through office depot for 6$. Not going back to UPS store again in this branch.

A good ups store. Offers a lot of postal services. They also provide notarization service: $5 per document. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable.

Had to do a transaction from NY via telephone and coordinate with them to print some legal documents and prepare them to be mailed after a friend local to the store came in to sign said documents. Brian was most accommodating and really helped the entire transaction flow smoothly. For a one-stop shop for printing and shipping with great customer service, I highly recommend!

I ordered some copies online. It was very easy. They were super fast at the store even though it was during a busy lunch-break rush. Great!

The staff at this UPS location is always extremely helpful and quick to action. Theyve helped me out the best they could when Ive experienced a few shipping issues and they are always extremely helpful and courteous when I come in to have copies made or ship a package.

Today I received a package for the 3rd time damaged. last month when it happened I wasnt happy about the condition my package was in but I just let it go, Now this month the damage to the outside of my package was Ridiculous it looks like it was beat up so badly my item inside the package was fine but still I dont like my property being treated that way especially when I pay for shipping and handling.. also some of the drivers in morgantown are ignorant one in particular I dont know his name but he has been around for a while driving Ups.. also I dont like my packages placed in the wet or the mud under my porch I do Have a top porch to place my item. some of my packages have been sat up straight right in sticky mud in the past.. I dont like to complain but the service can be poor . wrong is wrong and right is right hopefully it gets better in the future.. Thanks

I use this location routinely to ship high-value items all over the country for my business. The staff are always attentive and efficient, and it blows my mind that anyone could rate this location with fewer than five stars.

I posted a bad review of this place before, but just wanted to add another strike against them. If you have a UPS account youd like to bill to, dont come here. They cant do that.

Went in to get copies, and before I could even get through the door, one of the staff asked how he could help me. He immediately started making the copies, and before he was done, the other staff at the counter had already rung up the order. It was probably only four minutes from the time I entered till the time I left. THATS SERVICE!

Ive never had UPS properly deliver anything for as long as Ive been in Morgantown.I now ask every service to only ship it to me if they can ship it using an organization other than UPS.Very very disappointed.

Workers in the store are friendly but way overpriced. Twice the cost of USPS. Also faulty insurance and questionable ethics. I only use UPS if it is a prepaid return label.
