Was visiting family in the area, and wanted to buy my niece a brand new phone. Since the family already has a plan with Verizon, we wanted to keep her in the loop to make things easy. The staff at this store were very friendly and helpful, and assisted us in choosing an affordable, but still modern smartphone for my niece. I had an excellent experience here and will likely visit it again should I ever need to, when Im in the area once again.

I went in a few days ago and I was seen by George. I wanted to lower my bill and that’s exactly what he helped me do. He asked a lot of questions to make sure that I was getting all of my needs met. He wasn’t pushy in selling me anything that I didn’t want! This is one of the reason why I don’t like some sales people, especially if you’re alone, I feel that some people try to take advantage but he was not like that at all. I was able to get all the ad ons that I wanted and still ended up paying less. I would definitely go back and recommend others stop in as well! I didn’t have an appointment but I was lucky to be seen right away!Thanks again George!

I talked to 2 employees to switch to Verizon using my actual device and keep my phone number but unfortunately both dont know the process and tried to sell me a new phone and change my number.They dont invite me to have a sit and i decided to run and go to a different location.My message to the employees is to look, read and know about your product and details if you want to sell it .

I stopped into the local Verizon store in my community and was helped out by Maria. She was very friendly, attentive and answered all my questions. Maria patiently helped walk me through how to set up my Verizon cloud and find missing pictures. Thank for all the help Maria.

We waited 2 hours to get my iPad, was rushed thru it. I get home only to find out I wasnt sold what I was told, by a Manager that was helping out that day. I called Cust Service & they couldnt do anything about it. Ive been to this store a couple times and have walked out each time because of how long the wait time was. Should have walked out that day also.

Updated — A few months into having my account, a lot of things I was told on site when I signed were incorrect and/miscommunication, which has led to higher bills, more charges, and an overall frustrating experience when working with Verizon customer service to rectify. While Steve was amazing on site the day I signed. He mislead me and wasn’t available after I committed to a 2 year contract to discuss the issues I have. — Original — Steve was absolutely amazing! He answered all of my questions about multiple packages, lines, phones, international plans, and more. He was patient and kind to me and my family. Jennifer was also great in helping accommodate all four of us and our needs when switching to Verizon. I’d been a longtime AT&T customer and they made the switch easy and I’m so excited for our new provider! Thanks again Steve and Jennifer!!

What a wonderful store and pleasant staff. I went in to browse, as I was contemplating on switching carriers and wondering what phones were available through this dealer. The manager, Steve, was very polite and did a great job explaining the plans/hardware/add-on services. Although I did not purchase yet, I appreciate his help and recommend this store to anyone looking for information.

Walked into this store with a simple question about my storage and walked out with the best service ever . I have had Verizon for 20 years and nobody has asked me if I owned my own business until I met Steve. Best customer service ever. They made it so easy to switch from my other service provider. I walked out of the store with a phone and a signal on it. I had Ninos help me out and he made everything super smooth, was amazingly efficient and knowledgeable, and I was a really happy camper. Since then, it has only confirmed that Verizon is a much better network in Chicago, but also that I will keep coming to this specific store for all my customer needs. Ninos was fabulous.

I went in today because I was not receiving cell service. I told him I was told a new SIM card might do the trick. Said I was basically out of luck and to buy a new phone. I went to another Verizon, had a very patient young man put in a new SIM card, got it to connect and fixed my phone.
