My wife and I recently switched over our cell phone service with the assistance of Sammy A. We both cant say enough for his patience and help in completing this process. She even reset my password because my account has been giving me trouble and wasn’t letting me log in. These guys make changes to your plan without your knowledge. Claim they are unable to do in store credits to correct their misdeeds. Another reason to considering dumping the cable box!

Ok, we all don’t like the cable company but today I visited the Xfinity store on Golf. I was returning a box. I was helped by Rob who is great! He helped and had a no pressure approach. He suggested some different plans to consider. Gave me his card with cell number if I needed help. I give Xfinity I ⭐️⭐️⭐️ but give Rob ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very nice salesman, however, send me home without a cable crucial to connect into internet! Xfinity left me without connection for 4 days so far. Very frustrating!!!
After my 5th try to buy a phone. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. No I dont want to stand outside.. You guy just lost about a $3000 sale today. My Note stopped letting me access apps and talk at the same time. Needed tech support in addition to new phones. Your customer service is terrible anyhow. New company for me! I dont know why but this day of all days my wife and I decided to walk into the xfinity store. To our surprise the store was jam packed. We formed a line just to get to talk to the first person. It reminded me of the dmv when you first come in you have to see someone and then they like check you in and then the wait. It was horrible. We finally got to speak to someone cause they call you by name after you check in, well it wasnt a good experience lets just say. They do have 2 like ATM machines where you can make your payments at directly in the store which was about the only thing I saw that was good. It was just unorganized. I dont recommend going in their unless you have absaloutely go in their to swap your equipment or pick something out new but besides that your better off just calling in to talk to someone. Youll get better service I say.
The representative Deshaun was unbelievably helpful. He helped me find a better plan and did so in a friendly manner. I am very pleased with his service.
They treated me with disrespect. She was angry with me. When I went with my child, he did not respect me and my child. she angry that Im telling you. Some of the conversations I wore a on mask were incomprehensible. The service area should not be like this. Dont go there. It may be the same with you.

The sole purpose of this store is to extract as much money as possible from the unsuspecting people who enter. Ive been in twice to replace my modem ( Im an existing customer for over 20 years). I already pay over 260.00 per month for internet, tv and home phone. Just wanted to get a replacement modem and get out but each time my needs were secondary to listening about how I could upgrade this or add home security or cell service etc etc.Obviously the staff is on commission and up selling is the focus. The best part is when you ask about dropping your home phone from their package and you are told it will cost you MORE because you are in a promotion! Theyve got you every which way. Im a little older and not tech savvy or Id explore other options. If you want a more enjoyable experience, try a root canal.
I was having such a problem with the new established xfinity internet. I got the new, white modem/router. It was supposed to support all 16 devices I have at home. I was having such a problem with connecting my two loptops. The wifi network name never appeared on them. For over 2weeks I was trying to resolve the problem. By the way-the loptops that I have are both 3 years old. I went to three different xfinity stores, called costumer service multi times. Nobody would resolve the problem. 14 devices were working but two loptops. I even went to few of my friends to see if my computers were to blame. No... They both cought their wifi network. Costumer service people told me to swipe the modem for another one. I did-it didnt work. Also told me to get the technician to check out the cable inside and outside the house. I canceled the appointment last minute because why get someone to check it out, pay 100bucks if other dwowork properly? It was so frustrating. Finally i went to xfinity store in Morton Grove where the guy named Louis, took care of my problem. He is smart and knowledgeable, explained to me why there is a problem. Finally I ended up getting the old version of the modem wchich supports my all devices.If you ever have a problem with xfinity service-go to him. He will help to resolve the problem.

Waited 2 hrs to pickup just a router as a new customer moving to a new location. 4 guys standing around with lots of customers in store. Manager hid in back the whole time. Find another location to do business with. This location needs a new staff.

It was a total waste of time! I went there to get DVR service turned on without extra billing charges. I offered the original ad as proof that it should have been working for the previous 13 months. The 2 reps I talked to, kept insisting that DVR service was NOT included, and refused to scan my proof. I also offered to Email proof to anyone in the world, to support my claim. No help there either.
I called six times in two weeks to get my services corrected and I’ve been lied to, hung up on and blown off by the technician twice. Just terrible and Unacceptable do to the work from home/e-learning circumstances.

Got a new phone last Saturday to add to my plan but they were out of stock so was told they would ship one to me and when I had it then I could return to the store to port over the number from an existing phone from another phone plan and get it activated and make sure everything was working properly,but the sales consultant forgot to inform me that when porting over a number from a trac phone it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24HOURS, I went to the xfinity store in Morton Grove because it was the closest to my sister in laws home in Chicago so it ended up being a wasted trip and I was unable to make a simple transition from her trac phone to the xfinity moble network. I am not a very satisfied customer at this point.sales consultant Terrance Riley should have informed my of the possible extended time it would take to get the number ported over and be able to then use the phone
Chris from this center has no decency and respect. Not taking time to listen and keeps on pressing his idea. Terrible experience! They should close this branch, most people who work there either dont have enough knowledge or familiarity with a customers account and disrespectful to customers.

Great location! It’s located in a strip mall, so you may end up doing few things besides paying your Xfinity bill. There is a huge parking lot in front of the store. Personally I love the convenience of stopping at this store to pay my bill,instead of mailing it plus there are quite a few people who can answer any questions you might have regarding services you are receiving or the ones you may want.
They should shut this store down! To start we went inside during the pandemic with one family member, next day they were only allowing one family member in at a time and you need someone with you who understands mb, gb, download speed etc. or youll get scamed. They dont know what theyre selling! I went up to every employee, asked them what the internet speed and price is of every package and they either didnt know or they each gave me different answers. All they responded with was I dont know or what is your name? When I tryed to talk to a different person that I spoke to minutes ago he said I never spoke to you and the other employee called me rude. After still trying to ask unanswered bill and internet questions, four employees told me to leave the store. Employees insult you, dont follow CDC guidelines and provide incorrect information.
So helpful and patient. I went to switch to Xfinity for cell service and was having a lot of trouble getting information needed to switch from Verizon while I was there. Very friendly and made the switch as painless as possible. This was my second visit after dropping off equipment on the first. Both times everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
I came in with a billing problem and they fixed it right away without any problem. They also exchanged the cable box since Xfinity send me a box thats from 2001.
I originally came in due to my modem being faulty and I was given a new one on the spot within minutes.Staff are very knowledgeable and even told me about an upgrade that I was entitled to for a few dollars extra a month that quadrupled my internet power/speed and got me the starting TV package with 3,000+ movies. Understandably the staff are looking to sell to make commission, but I really was presented with a great deal that I didnt know existed.

Mark and Jasmin were the people who took care of me when I walked in a few hours ago. Helped get me better service and new equipment while saving me about $50.00 per month off my previous plan. Very happy with Comcasts Xfinity X1 service. We have our computer, TV, home phone, Alarm service and cell phones all through them. So far not had any major issues.
Our sales person was very helpful. His colleagues were yucking it up by the front door being loud and obnoxious and it made me uncomfortable. They were talking about a colleague who was pregnant and were not nice. This office needs a manager to bring some maturity to the staff.....only to find out on installation day that the submitted order the sales rep was completely wrong. Sales person totally oversold Xfinitys options. Our phone number was omitted to be transferred, channels were missing. Complete nightmare and nobody wants to help. Call 1800 is the standard response. Disgusted by this lack of customer service. Bye bye Xfinity.
I know what you’re thinking. Comcast can’t have good customer service. This store is exceptional. They had the answers. They had the parts. And they did it with a smile. Surprised the hell out of me.
Alex (female) was very pleasant and helpful. She was happy to comply with my request for the newer version of the DVR for my mom after initially offering the older larger type of DVR. She was polite and accommodating and did not put pressure on me to sign up for anything extra, although she did her job by offering mobile phone service. Overall a decent experience. Thanks, Alex!
One of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a store. I just wish I caught the guys name, as he didnt say it. Brought the forms in that comcast told me OVER THE PHONE. Followed exactly what I was told. Then this customer rep tells me I did it wrong, then starts to berate me. I ended up submitting it online and found out, guess what, I did it right. The attitude that guy had though was unbelievable! Go to a different store if you have to deal with xfinity.

Went back to add Infiniti mobile to our account. Was touted a price 2 weeks ago and went back to add service. Was told by Chris the consultant that he has been here longer than the guy who touted us and that was not the right price and flipped the brochure at my wife. My wife told him she can believe he has a job there. Will not change to Infiniti mobile due to Chris being so rude and talking to us in a loud demeaning voice. This was Chris at the Morton Grove store.
This place is rather busy, which is good. Calling Comcast on the phone is horrible for the most part. When you want someone to understand you, go to this store.The customer service is good, but some of packages available even confuse them. The prices are a bit high and there is generally no competition for them depending upon where you live. Reliability of service is excellent. Speeds are generally higher than what youre paying, but not by much.I wish entertainment was so expensive.
Great convenience, mediocre service. It appears that customers are an afterthought here to the constantly-being-trained employee interests. Which greatly takes away from an otherwise very simple and efficient computerized concept of swapping out, returning or ordering Xfinity equipment. Recommended, with the be prepared to wait caveat.

Great place for customer service. Much better than calling in. Really liked how a representative named Elmer answered all our questions and I was able to pay my bill up to date. Will definitely come back here versus dealing with the people over the phone.

As a stand alone location, Ive only had positive experiences here. The staff are all polite and helpful, going above and beyond expectations. The wait is never very long, theyve got a good system. I almost miss being a customer.
We returned a rented modem to this location 1 yr ago. They are still charging us for the rental. I called the 800 number to remove the incorrect fee multiple times. Shortly after each request, the rental fee appears again. I dont have the modem. I dont want the modem. I dont have the time to deal with this re-occurring issue. Please be very careful with this store, and make sure to get a printed receipt for everything.

I am an xfinity Home customer and needed help with my system sensors. I stopped in during the afternoon and the store was moderately busy. I was helped by Reginald and he did an excellent job answering all my questions. I had tried to move the sensors and they were no longer communicating properly with their paired pieces, so the system was infective. Reginald helped me set up a weekend appointment to fix them and Juan did a great job doing just that. A big thank you to Reginald and Juan for helping make our home safer, my family and I greatly appreciate it.
Came in to discuss my bill after canceling service. The employee acted as if I should just pay my bill with no explanation. I had simple questions which they could not be bothered to answer. They also told me that I would be charged an early termination fee for a promotion in which I payed in full but because I did not continue service after the promotion I would incur a termination fee. This is complete nonsense, they showed me a table and said that since I didnt renew after the 24th month I would have to pay the cancellation fee as if I terminated the promotion in the 24th month. They were either lying to me or they have some of the scummiest business practices I have ever seen.
My husband was so humiliated by how the man who greeted him, treated my husband. His phones are beat up and the man kept pointed out how messed up they were. He’s a short guy and I told my husband to cancel our service. Comcast should be able have better help greeting people and not making them feel bad. Thank you for the worst service!

There were several customers in front of me, however, took less than 10 minutes to talk to an agent. Believe his name was Jesus who was able to get me set up on my new contract for Service. The manager was not as pleasant.

We came the to do adjustments in our account and to migrate our cellphones to xfinity mobile and the experience was great even that it was a lot of costumers we did not wait for long and we got all the help and answers we needed never again do g anything with customer service on the phone now we know if we want things done right going to this location is the quick easy way to do it

Experience with the staff was terrible from the start. I was refused service for bringing my own device(where I have 2 devices currently active on BYOD with xfinity mobile) and treated as if I was not a paying customer. I was asked to verify my identity 4 times even after providing my social security number and picture ID. (I’m assuming racial profiling). The staff stated that bringing my own iphone could not be done even though I did it twice on two separate lines with their service before. Clearly the staff at this location was not trained well on what access they have or possible procedures to process a BYOD. After multiple times of horrible customer service with this company I’ve chosen to move to AT&T. I will be cancelling all my mobile lines and internet services.

Wow. Just wow. I used to have to visit the xfinity store on Milwaukee ave in Jefferson park. Felt like going to the post office. My visit to the golf rd store, though a bit out of the way, was amazing. Very much like an apple store. Employees were awesome. Atmosphere was outstanding. Good job xfinity
Was hacked by an employee while purchasing a new phone. Days later I received an email from Xfinity accusing me of downloading an episode of Power. I certainly didnt, but Im sure it was one of the Xfinity employees in the store that did. The theft was done while I was in the store!! Do business in the store on Golf Road at your own risk.
Just returned old remotes. Got replacements quickly. This is a good location to get in and out of.
I waited for well over an hour just to drop off a single business-class modem. Despite having a host of staff, this place moved slower than a snails crawl. The experience was worse than my worst time at the DMV in the early 2000s.
