This was perhaps one of the most pleasant car buying experiences Ive ever had. I was an out of state buyer and the folks there could not have been more helpful. I was assigned Dan Vollmer as the sales person. He went above and above beyond in terms of service and assistance. He put the vehicle on hold until I could make my way up to the dealership to see it. At my request he took the vehicle to an independent auto shop so I could get a third party inspection of the vehicle. He arranged for the vehicle to be placed on a lift in the garage for further inspection, got the diagnostics people to hook up a computer to verify the odometer against the cars master computer. After the deal was complete he made arrangements to store the car in-doors until an auto transporter could pick it up. He took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me so that I had proof of the condition of the vehicle before it got on the transporter.Jim in finance did the financial side of the deal in a very pleasant and straight forward manner. He did a very thorough job of explaining each document and explaining what I would need to do to register and title the car in my home state.Even though I am an out-of-state buyer I would DEFINITELY consider Lighthouse Buick GMC for my next vehicle purchase. They have my highest recommendation and complete confidence in their service.

Joel was outstanding in fact better than that. First of all he came in on his day off because I had something to discuss before we made our final decision on the truck. After he answered all of our questions it was a no brainer for us to purchase the truck. He was never pushy about anything he told us all of the options and said it is up to you. One of the most relaxing buying process we ever had. The day we picked the truck up he helped with the on star set up. He also helped my wife and I set up our phones on blue tooth. My wife drove her car because he offered to help us get the blue tooth going on her car. We just got a new iPhone and had no idea how to get them set up in the car. All I can say on a scale of one to ten, ten being the best Joel scores an ELEVEN. Would recommend Joel and Lighthouse to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. I really put them to the test coming in on a Saturday afternoon with only an hour and a half before they closed. I set up an appt. online and the vehicle was ready to show when we pulled up.We were greeted with smiling friendly employees as soon as we entered the building. We met Jon Tharp, our salesman and he took great care of us. The while process only took a few hours, but they took their time, taking care of all the details. This service went very well, albeit somewhat surprising that it took over 3 weeks to get the vehicle in. Larry did a good job of coordinating the work and contact with our extended warranty company. The only mixup was, when I called to make the appointment, I said I was going to drop the car off. I should have said then that I needed a ride home and so had to what a little bit for a ride. Not a big deal but I learned the difference between dropping the car off and needing a ride.

Jake was our salesman. He was awesome. Very helpful, nice, answered all questions about the car, & the kind of guy you’d want to hang out with for awhile. Had a good experience with lighthouse- I’ve been wanting to get out of my car for years and I really wanted a car with bells and whistles and Jearmy took care of all my needs and didn’t pressure me into something I did not want, we went back and fourth with bank getting a deal that’s in my budget but eventually we settled for a 2019 Nissan Altima SL with all the features and Even more then I expected, the downside Is the car had check engine light right after I bought it but lighthouse took care of it replaced the part causing it and while we was waiting for the part they kept me in loaners and took care of me and when the car was finished I got it drove it all over not a single problem and drives nice and smooth, out of hundreds of cars they sale it’s bound to happen one has an hick up that’s the nature of used cars but how they handled it shows their true colors and how customer focused they are, when Jearmy finally handed me my keys he gave me a huge cake treat and personally pumped me a full thing of gas I’ve been told dealerships don’t do that much anymore for new cars especially used cars but lighthouse stands out amongst the rest, I recommend them and I recommend Jearmy ask for him and tell him what u want in a vehicle he’ll hook you up also Jim in finance department sat down with me wasn’t pushy and walked me through stuff and didn’t try recommend useless things that wasn’t needed and when I asked him about Gap coverage and a little extra warranty he was able get it all in my budget, it took me a good half hour to an hour playing with calculator making sure I budget everything right and not spend way past my means and Jim was very patient and very understanding REALLY APPRECIATE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE😁

The Envision that I just purchased from Lighthouse is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from them. Keith was my salesman. I had very specific details about the exact Envision that I needed. Great experience from start to finish with Brian. I came from out of state to purchase a used vehicle from him. He was great with giving the vehicle a good look over and handling as much as possible on the front end. When I arrived everyone was very nice and easy to work with. What a wonderful experience!! I purchased a 2021 Arcadia yesterday. It started with me talking to Brett and Trevor Tuesday evening! We were told during an oil change appointment that something underneath needed to be fixed. Made an appointment. After a few hours, was called. Person explained car was ready but nothing needed fixed. Must of been a mistake. I understand mistakes, but we both work and we had to rearrange our day for this appointment that never was needed. Frustrating.

Sales staff very good, no high pressure. Delt with Jon Tharp, was very good. As most of you know depending on what you are looking for theres not a lot of wheeling and dealing because of the auto and truck shortage especially 2500s. So if you like it you buy it if not theyll sell it.

My husband and I had just had a really bad experience somewhere else so I wasnt even really in the mood to look at another car but my husband insisted we atleast go look! From start to finish Jeremy was so upfront, and honest. Kept in great communication with us since we decided to go look so late. Thanks again Lighthouse and Jeremy for my very nice ride.
