I went in I believe a week ago regarding finding a truck. I didn’t think I’d get approved but the Financial department was amazing. The gentleman helping me get the truck was great. Yesterday I was showing the truck and a friend of mine, he noticed all 4 of my tires had cracks in the tread. I brought the truck back in asking for them to look at tires as I believe they are unsafe for a new used vehicle. The guy who helped me get the truck said his boss said that was normal wear on tires and that they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Just took my 2018 F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation.After an hour waiting I went to check on the status of my oil change.Service tech said he would check on the status. I then walked out to the front of the service dept only to see my truck parked there. I checked it had an oil change sticker on the windshield, so presumed the oil change was done. I went back to service and told them my truck was parked out front and done. Paid the bill and went on my way. I dont know how long my truck was parked out front with no-one contacting me. When I got home I checked the oil life on the dash, still reading 7%. They did not bother to re-set it. Ive bought several vehicles from MM Ford over the years. Looks like the service dept needs a tune up.

Traded my Jeep. My engagement ring was stolen from my vehicle during the test drive. The finance person spoke derogatory comments at me during the process. Misled me on how to be refunded on the extended warranty I had on the jeep being traded in. And then the car they sold me was unsafe to drive. The brakes are rusted so bad it does not want to stop. The tires although new as I was told although they say 2017...after one week the back drivers side tire is showing SO much wear on it. I had it looked at and was advised to return to the dealership I purchased it from. Have asked several times to speak with everyone involved but I get no response. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere before doing business here. Was a bad experience from start to finish.

Got sold a lemon of a F-150 XLT. I’ve been a regular at the service department because of recurring issues with the engine and backup camera. Getting ready to go in again today because the check engine light is back on. This truck has cost me more in time, going back and forth for service, than this POS is worth.

They got me the car I wanted at a price I could afford without the hassle, very happy I waited the 10.5 months I was without a vehicle, so overall I would give 5 stars, it was a trying 6+ weeks of waiting for my car to get finished, but well worth the wait, after only having my car for a short period of time it had to go into the shop because my turbo charger and transmission needed replaced, after dealing directly with the service manager, I walked in exchanged keys for the service loaner they provided & got into my car and drove home! I would recommend these guys to anyone 100%

STAY AWAY!! VERY DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!!! Our experience here was alarming!! I called them regarding a SUV telling them we were driving over and hour and a half to get there. We arrived and they had it ready for us to test drive. We sat down with the salesman after the drive, we were shown the Original window sticker and other misc. paperwork. THEN the LAST most IMPORTANT page (the disclosure paper) which was a bad copy, he went to get another copy, which surprise surprise wasnt legible either. Finally he went to get the original copy. Much to our surprise (ha ha) the original was PERFECT and even had a EXTRA paragraph that had been REMOVED from the copy we were given. This paragraph described the work that Ford had done to it because it was a LEMON BUY BACK!!!! The salesman was telling us how LOW the miles were on it, well of course they were!! The original owner hardly could drive it because of the issues with the motor!! Then Ford bought it back from them because it was a LEMON and fixed the problem (only offering a one yr/12,000 mile warranty on the work they had done). The original owner only had it for a year, then it SAT at Ford being fixed for over another year. We found this out on the original that didnt have the details partially whited out and another paragraph that was INTENTIONALLY REMOVED. We would not have found out this info had my husband not kept questioning the salesman. We feel this is information should be disclosed right from the start and YOU can decide if you want to even test drive it!!!I would suggest you look else where. The salesman told us they do a lot of Buy Backs from Ford and resell them, and it works well for them. Well maybe it does, but they should be HONEST and tell the potential new owners the TRUTH!!!! LEMON or not!!! They should not intentionally REMOVE the truth because it benefits them.

Bought a truck on Friday but couldn’t take it back with me because it still had to go through some checks and get a oil change . So ok I waited. I use my truck for my business so I was curious when I would receive it. Texted and called but no real answer. It’s Wednesday now I called again. Finally I was told I could come get it or have it delivered. I went and got it . When I got home from the dealership which is a little over a hour away the truck had a strange noise . I opened the hood to try and see if I could pin point where the sound was coming from but I’m not a mechanic. I have no idea what kind of vehicle checks you guy do in your shop because the wrong belt was on the truck causing the belt tensioner to fail and put a hole in the timing cover . So now I’m out my truck before I even made my first payment.

This is my fifth car I have bought from Mike Murphy Ford since 1996. I deviated in 2006, and bought a Nissan, only to return to Mike Murphy Ford years later. I told my husband I wanted to go back to Mike Murphy to look at their inventory as I was always pleased with their sales and service. We test drove a few cars but we really liked the Lincoln MKX. Dave Brekke was our salesman and he gave us keys to test drive a few cars. We test drove the Lincoln MKX and we loved it. Dave didnt pressure us at all. He thanked us for coming in and gave us his card to call if we wanted to make an offer. We ended up buying the 2016 Lincoln MKX Premiere and we got a great deal on the price. Having had my previous car up and die on me, I was in a rush to get a new vehicle so I could keep up momentum with my new job. I had been scouring for a while when my parents suggested Paul over at Mike Murphy. I had reservations at first, but then I saw a car that I knew would be just right for me. I scurried on over after setting up a test drive of it and took it for a spin.Paul was extremely transparent about every step of the process, which was great as this was my first time going through a dealership. Everything about the process was smooth, simple, and more importantly it felt safe. He even got me additional service on my car, no charge. Made an appointment to buy a truck. I was told the first available time the truck was able to be seen was on Saturday. I told Nick Reece, its exactly what I wanted and I would be happy to put a deposit down. He said, no need to, I will make sure its held for you. Again, I said I can put a deposit down no problem. Nick Reece said no need.On Saturday, 50 minutes into an hour drive and 10 minutes from my appointment time Nick Reece calls and says the truck was sold yesterday. Then proceeds to laugh and says I guess we should have asked more money for it! Really?I will never return and don’t recommend Nick Reece as a salesman unless you want a vehicle sold out from underneath you.Absolutely horrible customer service. If thats not bad enough, then he lies to management on how the conversation went down.DO NOT TRUST NICK REECEs word!

I was directed by my mechanic to a Ford edge for sale at Mike Murphy... I pulled in driveway and Richard Gieger outside the front door... I explained what I was looking for and what I wanted in my vehicle. He told me the vehicle I was looking and let me test Lincoln MKT. He didnt pressure me to buy and gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions and look around as I wont find a vehicle like what I just tested drive.. Be weary of this dealership. I reached out on a truck I found on auto trader and wanted to buy. Pictures looked good, price checked out for options and mileage as a truck in good condition should. I asked them. If there was anything I should know before making the 3 hour drive to get there, they said it was in good condition with all this money they just put into it. It was a Friday afternoon and they would not take a deposit to hold until Monday as its their policy so I made the drive from west of st louis with check in hand. Upon arrival I quickly found the bed was rusted so bad it was about to fall off. Even one manager quoted this isnt right and apologized and offered to fill my tank up for my troubles. It would make sense as a reputable operation to disclose this kind of thing as theres no way it was unknown since it had been in their shop for work. Very frustrated to make the 6 hour round trip. They lied. On top of this salesmen Anthony Davis was quite rude through the entire dealings on the phone. He had the I dont really care, nonchalant attitude the whole time. The manager I spoke with was pretty rude too when I asked why I had to drive all this way to find out there was a significant issue with the truck. Total waste of time, energy, not polite, and totally handled this situation poorly.

Mike Murphy Ford is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. My hybrid Fusion was towed to their dealership in January 2021 and they have yet to diagnose it as of March 25, 2021. I purchased the car at another dealership in Morton, but it was sent to MMF since they’re the local Ford warranty repair shop.After a month and a half I called a few times and even stopped in the dealership just to see what was taking so long. They never communicated with me or the dealership I purchased it from. They ignored our calls many of times. After two months went by, the situation wasn’t getting resolved so I emailed them letting them know I would be calling corporate for assistance, since no one at MMF ever kept me in the loop or communicated with me.My car sat on MMF’s lot for nearly a quarter of a year and they didn’t work on it at all. They could not even tell me what the problem was because they probably spent a grand total of 10 minutes on it in nearly 3 months. The service manager, Mitch was very rude and didn’t apologize or explain what was happening. My broken car was sent back to the dealership it came from, maybe because they could not handle the fact that I escalated the situation, therefore they refused to do business with me?? This is a very poor dealership and I would not recommend it to anyone. Price may sell cars, but bad attitudes and poor service won’t retain customers. Word of mouth travels fast! A McDonald’s run by 16 year olds at midnight would be more efficient than MMF! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, because honestly, a 1 star is a little excessive.

Still paperwork delayed they put raincoats for seat covers requested, no second key as promised never shared carfax till car was delivered it showed car hit deer Would not purchase for them again, would not certify used vehicles gave no warrenty, finance manager does not even offer one of the top 5 warranties. Felt like they were into it for themselves not customer.

After towing my car to Mike Murphy Ford they provided me with a free service loaner, which for someone who relies on their car as much as I do, this relieved so much stress and extra money that would of been spent on other means of transportation. Mainly because my rental insurance didnt cover this particular situation. My car repair did take a while (under the circumstances- unlucky transmission issues), but the staff at Mike Murphy Ford always kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had during the repair process. Once repaired, it was a fast and easy pick-up!Mike Murphy Ford provides a trustworthy and accountable type of customer service that you dont see businesses uphold much anymore, especially dealerships.In my case, Id like to specifically thank Mike himself, Brad, Kevin, and the service manager Mitch! Called to set up a diagnosis for my Vehicle.My check engine light has been on recently for whatever reason and I wasnt sure if it had anything to do with my safety recall. Brian informed me of exactly what they did during the recall to ensure that wasnt it. I then proceeded to ask about getting my vehicle in for repairs and he set me up on a week where I can get a diagnosis and have a loaner vehicle in the meantime.

I have purchased several cars and trucks from Mike Murphy Ford over the years. The salespeople have always been helpful. The reason for the three star rating is because of my experiences with the service department. They were absolutely terrible. It is great they have loaner cars but I had to take my cars back on more than one occasion because the service department simply did not do the work. I do not trust them and would never use them for service again.

I’ve purchased two vehicles through Mike Murphy and have had great experiences both times. Working specifically with Nathan Noyes both times was simple and quick. Came in around noon and left with my new car just a few hours later. I’ve never found them pushy or salesman-like. Very honest people. I will definitely do business with them again.

I deal with Nathan Noyes as the salesman and he finds what Im looking for quickly and isnt pushy like some other car salesmen can be. I have nothing but good things to say about the service department. Everyone in there is extremely nice and respectful. I enjoy the fact that Mike Murphy himself drops in and thanks people for just coming in even if they arent there to buy. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Dont buy here. I have had nothing but issues... People dont want to call you back have had to take my truck back 3 times get there today because they called and said it was done..... needless to say we get there and the issue that we took the truck in for is still not fixed. To say that I am livid is an understatement. Never again. Also make sure you do some research on your sales man.
