We broke down on Thanksgiving. Started calling around to local mechanics on Fri morning. No one was open. Byers answered and said they were not open but they told us to come in anyway. They looked at car and fixed it on their day off. Great people! Thanks for your help.

Byers Automotive does all of the work on every vehicle in our fleet for the company I work for. They are the best around! Always very nice and the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve ever found. The next time either of my personal vehicle has issues I know I will take it to Byers! I really can’t say enough great things about this company!

Car stopped on the interstate... & I had it towed to OReillys.... Was so stressed out that I got a rental and tried to not think about it until I had time... Long story short... OReillys had my car towed by the police ... Buyers automotive really was a blessing in my LIFE & they worked it out so I wouldnt be at a total loss... Lesson learned & buyers automotive NOW holds a place in my heart. ... Thx from this small town girl, with a heart as big as the world. Also, I hope the manager enjoys his vacation in Florida...

They refused to tell me a price until after they had my vehicle and then charged me double the price of any other tow company. The man I dealt with was unprofessional and use profane language the entire time during our conversation.
