Marissa truly has the customers best interest at heart. Most would take advantage of an older customer, but she was budget friendly and not pushy like other reps in the past at this location. Her personality reminds me of a relative and thats special to have. I love my new phone and the bigger screen. Thanks dear! I recommend her for your sales rep and a raise for all her hard work.

Talked with Marissa today about an screen protector, set me up with an liquid film device. Very knowledgeable on products and services, she also noticed that I am a military veteran and I didnt have a discount of 15°% applied to my account. Marissa, is my go to person always. She knows her stuff. Went in to get possibly get a new phone, got one and after figuring out the best deal got 450$ off a galaxy s9+. Shes always happy to help. Even walked me to the door. Fantastic customer service!!!!

Weve been with US Cellular over 17 years and were reminded again this week why weve stayed with them this long. Both Heather and Marissa at Cellular Plus in Morton went above and beyond to see that we got the best all around deal on phones while continuing with the most economical plan for our business, The Lock Shop. A special thanks to Marissa for staying late to get our new phones programmed, and then waiting for us to pick them up so theyd be ready for our employees to use the next morning. Marissa was helpful in setting me up with my first cell phone. I was nervous about my credit being bad and having to pay a ton of money to start. She made me feel better about it all. I needed to put money down but she did it in a way that didnt make me feel bad. Im actually paying less a month now because of it and I was still able to stay in budget. Thank you so much!!! Marissa needs more than 5 stars and a raise!! She helped me get out of my old fliptop phone and into a newer one with email. I have problems with my vision and she went above and beyond to make sure I could see, even helped switch the screen colors around. LOVE the sound on it too. She was VERY patient with us older customers and handled a busy store with us and 5 other people in it like a PROFESSIONAL SALES WOMAN. I recommend her for anyone who is scared of getting a new phone or has lots of questions. She is bubbly and fun to talk to as well.

This store is the best in the Central Il area in my honest opinion. They offer incredible service and are very knowledgeable of their products. 6 star review due here... Marshall went out of his way to try to help us when it was our fault we had problems. Like... not plugging into an electric socket that was turned on and dialing the wrong number to activate our phone. He was extra patient dealing with our problems and helping us troubleshoot even when he was off the clock. We had done business at this store several years ago and did not have a good experience so I was very pleased to see the dedication of the people working there now. He explained our new services and equipment completely so that we could understand it and we felt confident in purchasing our internet and phone service from him. Thanks Marshall!!!

Marissa fixed my Bluetooth headset for me. I struggled all day to have it respond to my voice. No one else I asked could figure it out. She had it done within 3 minutes and even printed me instruction for the future. She also explained to me how to operate it myself, boy was it easy! Im 60 years old and Im not tech savvy with these things. Thanks a bunch youre a life saver!!!

I got to the store I think before 6ish. There was a couple people ahead of me. Heather Harston was the only employee as several others were sick or went home sick. I had broke my phone screen by dropping it. I was pretty set on upgrading. Im writing this because Heathers attitude was infectious. She explained that she would get to us. She was so patient and did not seem to rush others ahead of me through, but answered every question each had and made sure things were done right. There was several people getting new phones in front of me. I was really awed by her attitude even when closing the store and finding out that I too wanted a new phone. There was repeated obstacles and interuptions. I watched her speak with corporate about things online with an upbeat attitude and complete competence. The store closed at 7. At 8:30ish we finished the process with a password glitch in the card reader. She made a call. My phone took another 35 monutes to load... At no time did she even show irritation with me or anyone else. She was remarkable. Ive been with US Cellular for like 23 years- since I had a bag phone in the car. Same number. Im writing this to let US Cellular know she is amazing! Try to hold onto her. Thank you. -a satisfied customer
