We didnt wait long for help -- a couple minutes is all. Our account was brought up and recommendations were given for the best deals available to us. Once I picked a new phone she went about setting it up quickly and professionally. Just brought the new phone home. Very pleased so far.

Buying a new phone was quick and easy at The Morton store. I usually dread the phone buying experience, but not this time. Staff were able to quickly access my account information. My new phone had data transferred quickly. And I even appreciated that my salesperson helped another customer while my phone transferred to get his issue resolved without waiting. I went into the Morton store today to purchase a new iPhone 12 and accessories. Both Scott and Dan were very helpful with assisting me as I chose accessories, and patient with me, for I had forgotten my new Apple password. They kindly waited while I drove home to retrieve the password and then back to the store to finish setup of the new phone. They both also took time to show me some new features on the phone that might have confused me, as I was trading in my old iPhone 7.Very pleasant experience!

I took my old phone in to see if it could be repaired. I was advised that the phone was beyond repair, & the sales person didnt apply any high pressure to sell me something I didnt need but fit the phone to me & my personality. They were very nice and knowledgeable in helping the customer.

Wow! Going into The Digital Store in Morton today was like stepping into a time warp - customer service like this has all but disappeared! After a phone call to Verizon and a trip to the East Peoria store, I wasnt expecting much. What I got floored me. Jacob was personable, smart, and efficient - really just an overall great guy. The sense of positivity and helpfulness in the store honestly improved my day. After five frustrating days of no help anywhere, I now have an activated new phone and an updated plan, all made easy by Jacob! So grateful and will recommend this store every chance I get! In 2018 it’s rare to find a location like this! Service is Number one and the customer comes first! After being with Verizon for 10 years, I went to the East Peoria store because of a factory iPhone issue. That satire has the worst service I’ve ever witnessed in my life. They don’t care about service. They care about bottom line. I left and came to Morton to this location. Within minutes I was taken care of. Clay went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I’ll be sending all my friends and family to this store! Thanks guys! You’re the best in the area!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My elderly mother came in to simply pay her bill and was met with nothing but rude, loud and worthless customer experience. She has Alzheimers and couldnt remember her PIN and the girl who instead of assisting her just got loud and and proceeded to confuse her and upset her and tell her her phone was old and would be worthless when they switched to 5G. Will NEVER support this branch now that I know the type of people they have working there.

My wifes phone was ultimately broken beyond repair after falling off of the top of her car. (A fate Im sure many have had to deal with) she was not only upset because of the phone but also in a rush to head out of town for the weekend. She went into the Verizon store here in Morton and was met by Matt, a district manager who came to her aid. He not only resolved the issue quickly, he didnt take this time to up sell her or push something on her she didnt need. She was all ready due for an upgrade and so moved up to the I phone 8, on top of this happening in less then an hour he also downloaded the Google cloud app for her and explained how to use it so she would be able to keep and grow her large collection of music,videos, and photos.This is the service that Ive come to find at this store in the past and Im so thankful for the professionalism and just down right great people who work here. Thank you again Matt for fixing this issue so swiftly, youve earned a customer for life
