Had flowers delivered for Mother’s Day. One of the worst floral arrangements I have ever seen! It was delivered in cool weather uncovered making flowers and leaves looking wilted upon arrival. The arrangement looked thrown together with little thought of form. The plant remained droopy and never looked good, dying within a couple days.————-Although not expected, the florist did reach out and brought a replacement arrangement as an apology for the first. The second arrangement was very pretty and after 5 days the flowers still look good. The arrangement was well thought out and nicely shaped with bright pretty flowers. Huge improvement!
