Found the truck we were interested in online. Ford Maverick! Tanya Roll (highly recommend working with her) contacted the next business day and made the car buying process simple and quick. All done remotely as well. Agreed to price and financing without stepping on the lot. Once truck was delivered to lot all we had to to do was sign paperwork and drive home.

Oil change we had prepaid. MAS sensor (I believe thats what its called) installed. Sensor was bad when we bought the car in October 2020. Was supposed to be installed as a condition of sale. We were charged $128 dollars yesterday (10-1-20210). I have purchased 4 new vehicles and 3 used vehicles here, but no more. Goodby ML Ford.

Purchased a used Expedition here just outside of bumper to bumper warranty. Sales experience with Tanya was friendly, low pressure and took about only about two hrs total to drive off with the vehicle. This was not the case at Harris Ford in Seattle which was uncomfortable and pushy. Never go to that place! Pricing was better than Wenatchee Ford near where I live. Worth the drive.I ended up having an issue with a driver seat broken spring and now a Sync screen that suddenly went out. Leo in Bud Clary service has helped with fixing both and the dealership and Ford have covered most of the cost. Grateful for their excellent customer service.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2011 Ford 150 from Bud Clary in December 2020. Within 2 weeks the check engine light came on and then within 3 weeks the engine was blowing white smoke like Ive never seen before.Fortunately, Justin Brooks the service manager at Bud Clary was helping me and did what was needed. They actually had to replace the engine and did it at no cost to me because it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. The Service Manager and Technicians are Great!We were traveling west on I90 across the country, in late June with an RV, to move our brother, who is ill, from Seattle, Wa., to his new home in Wisconsin. We experienced intermittent engine trouble in our Ford F450 powered RV, which got progressively worse as we traveled west across east and central Washington. We limped the RV into the Bud Cary FORD dealershipin Moses Lake, Wa., in the middle of the night, and waited for the service department to open. The Service Manager explained they were booked solid for the next several days, but theywould see if they could help us. BY 11am THEY HAD THE PROBLEM DIAGNOSED, AND BY 2pm THEY HAD US ROLLING TOWARD SEATTLE!!! We completed the 4000 mile round trip without further engine trouble!THANK YOU ALL AT BUD CARY FORD!!!

When I called for an appointment, they set my date and time to review my SUV. On the appointment date they trouble shot the problem. Ford need to order a part to fix the problem. Then Ford re-schedule to fix the problem. Ford staff treated me with the most highest respect during my stay as I waited for my SUV. When Ford completed I signed the necessary paper work, Ford give my keys I got on my SUV. I drove it off the lot the problem was solved, now my wife can be safe as she drives the SUV.Thank you,
I bought a brand new 2020 F150 from Ford in Moses Lake. The sales experience was great, very friendly and I actually made a friend as well. The reason for my one star is because after a couple weeks went by the sinking system kept disconnecting my phone so I went back quite a few times. The end result is where it got disturbing. They are now blaming my phone for the problem. It would probably be understandable if I had an older phone but no, I have a new iPhone. It would also be understandable if I had problems in the past with my 2016 Ford Fusion, but no, I never had any issues. Ford is passing on the blame to the next. Very disappointed with how it has been handled. I will definitely be trading this truck in for something else. Maybe a company that will actually back up their product. Shame on you Ford for faulty technology and not fixing the problem.

When we arrived to have our 2017 Ford C-Max serviced, we were greeted immediately by Leo (service advisor) & he explained the approximate timeframe for the work to be done. The waiting area was nice & open with comfortable chairs, & a short walk upstairs to clean restrooms. When service was completed, Leo went over what was done & explained in detail what all still needed to be done, as parts needed to be ordered, & the estimated costs to complete the service needed.
We came up to “just look” at a couple cars. After not seeing what we thought we wanted we worked with Gabe & test drove a couple cars. We saw a 2018 Fusion & loved it. Gabe & Abel were very helpful & made our buying experience very easy. The F & I young man did a great job going over everything too.
I currently live in Texas and needed to trade in two vehicles that were in two different states and turn them into one vehicle. Yep.... sounds as crazy as it reads. I reached out to Bud Clary and worked hand in hand with them for weeks prior to making a deal. Every door closed when trying to make this deal and once I arrived there, the staff were great and assisted in opening doors that I didnt know were possible. Husbands mistake, you took advantage: 1.5 years ago Bud Clary Ford sold a vehicle to my husbands friend without me knowing (financing usually forbids this for married spouses). The purchaser had very poor credit and asked that my husband cosign, he obliged (his mistake). Bud Clary Finance ran his credit 6 times together with the purchaser without our permission to do so many times (your advantage, damaging our credit score) then ran it under my husbands name solely (without his permission) and financed it under my husband only (without permission) for the amount of the vehicle, plus his previously totaled cars lease (shouldnt have been financed). My husband ignorantly signed docs through mail without ever being present to verify details (your advantage that I am not sure is even legal). We are now responsible for a vehicle we dont even drive + $10k and its insurance because it cannot be refinanced in the original purchasers name. Thanks for the life changing BS agreement!
Usually the service is great. This time, as I was driving home I was aware of avibration. When I got home we checked the tire pressure. It was 23 in each tire...should have been 32! Im glad I only drove 3 miles on the freeway.
Bud Clary Ford Service has been thorough and the staff has kept me informed every step of he way (with codes). I appreciate that I can leave my car there and can get a ride to work and back...they can work on the car while Im at work and its ready for me afterwards. This alone takes A LOT of the stress out of getting the oil changed or my car worked on.
Crew did an oil and filter change while I waited a reasonable amount of time. Checked several items. Found an engine leak, for which I will schedule an appointment to have them repair; they provided a cost estimate.
My oil change experience was wonderful, but while waiting I spent time in the show room at a table and over heard a senior salesman treat a younger salesman and customer very rudely, and multiple times. If I was that customer looking at the Ranger, I would have walked out. It made me think twice about doing business on purchases at your establishment. And I am In the market for a new car over the next 6 months. The senior salesman (not the mgr) was not respectful, and this new young salesman was apologizing to the customer and the customer very kindly said he doesnt let people with that kind of attitude get to him and let the new salesman know that he appreciated him and his goals in life, and kept it positive. The customer was holding this deal together.....he was wonderful. I would not have been so kind. I would have told the salesman I didnt appreciate his attitude and left.

Outstanding buying experience! I despise the car buying process and would much prefer to select my options, get a no-nonsense price, click buy, and pick up my vehicle a couple months later. This was the next best possibility.There were 3 trucks within 100 mi that fit my wish list (according to the Ford finder function.) Brandon Love, the sales manager, gave me exactly what I asked for: transparent figures for the new truck and our trade-in, in email, and he did it in less than 50 words. No sales pitch, no bring it in and lets talk, none of the sleazy car sales garbage. So we drove our trade-in from Spokane, test drove the new truck, did the paperwork (which was still 2 hours and too long but is what it is), and drove home in a freshly washed, filled up 2019 F150.Everyone we dealt with that day was pleasant and competent - sales associate, supervisor of sales associate, and finance guy (sales manager who earned our business was off that day but made sure we were taken care of.) I would have preferred to deal with one person for the whole transaction but again, it is what it is. If you know what you want and are into clear, simple transactions contact Brandon Love at Bud Clary.
Went in to get my truck recall performed. I asked the employee at the parts counter, Jesse, about a part that I only had a photo of. He took the picture and within a few minutes identified it and got me the part number to order. That is top notch customer service.

Terrible experience took two hours to do an routine oil change. None of the fluids were topped off no oil change reminder sticker and one of the technicians literally farted in my truck before giving it back. Won’t be going back to bud clary. Customer service was very good though
I just bought a used car from here and the sales staff was very nice to work with.I paid 35 thousand for a used car and the detail job was a 5 min job, they didnt even wipe there shine spray off in the seats and the wash was only the outside not even a rag around the doors so .I feel that if you pay cash for a job it should be done like a here is a possibility of word to mouth new customers ! I feel it should have been done right after all i left it there 2 full days after paying for the car. Joseph was a great saleman!

We thought it was a blown head gasket & we had Gabe showing us options to buy or Lease. He couldn’t of been more helpful & gracious in our situation.Fortunately Jarret was able to get us in and fix our cracked fuel injector & get us back on the road before they closed .When we need a new truck in the future we will look up Gabe & the GM Pat.

Could go into long explanation but would only get a management answer of sorry your experience was bad, we will look into it. Bottom line is, service can, and is expected to, do whatever is necessary to show bottom line profit including upselling unnecessary repairs. Beware!

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Nobody knows what theyre doing. Theyre oh so nice when trying to sell a car, but once the car is sold, they literally do not care about the well being of the person or their needs after. This dealership messed up 4x on my contract, acted as if it was no big deal that I had to come back to resign several times. Not to mention they lied on the contract about the amount they gave me for my trade. Since they have not submitted my paperwork, my temp plates have expired and theyre playing games about giving me my new ones. I wish I could park the car in their lot and never look back. They kicked me out when I went in to ask for new temp plates, granted I was firm in telling them how I felt at this point but as mentioned, they wanted nothing to do with my concerns. I simply would avoid this business at ALL COSTS if you want your sanity.

Took 2011 Ford Edge for a spark plug and coil change and these fools did brake fluid, antifreeze, etc on it when I never asked for it. Was charged $800+ for additional services that I never requested. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. These guys are a rip off. Also did the same thing to a friend of mine.. horrible service. Do not go here unless you feel like getting screwed over. ***in reply to the owner: unfortunately, im afraid you are wrong. the only call I received was before I even took the car in, the call was to confirm the upcoming appointment. I never received a call while the car was being serviced. like I said, I know several people that have had the same thing happen while taking their vehicles to your shop.
After a car accident I was in the market, Kayla our sales lady was amazing she was very helpful, was not pushy like sales people can be. After dealing with the insurance company it was nice to be treated like a person. I had less the great credit, but the team made it happen and I walked away with a 2013 ford edge, and I love it! Its when youre on vacation and the change oil light comes on in your truck! So we searched for the closest Ford dealership and stopped in. They were very apologetic they couldnt do our oil change right away, but they could do in 50 minutes! The staff were very helpful and efficient, answering all the questions we had regarding other issues and we were out of there in record time - and the truck was washed to boot!! Great place - and if we didnt live so far away, we would definitely be back!
This dealership is a joke! Was trying to purchase a new truck, what a painful unpleasant process. Believe the rumors they are terrible to work with. Tried to work with the salesmen over the phone and email, they were less than unresponsive. After my following up, gave me the run around on price. Then we almost come agreed upon price and tries to back track back around that the out the door price of the truck included my trade! What a scammer! Ray the sales manager then tried to tell me I was wrong. Well I dont know why would be negotiating to buy a truck that would be above the original list price of the truck. Buyer beware these people just play games and waste your time!
Great customer service very accommodating much better service than Bud Clary Chevrolet of Moses Lake. The Chevrolet service center is not as accommodating or good at communicating to customers about wait times... and 3 of the last 4 times my husband and I have been there their car wash is down. At Cheverolet when I was scheduled to be driven home after dropping my car off I had to wait over 45 min for a ride home even though I had previously scheduled a drop off to home. We have a Ford, Chevy and a Tundra but wed rather take all of them to Bud Clary Ford for services.
I originally got a hold of Don because of a RS that was listed on Auto Trader but it had already sold. He asked if I was interested in anything else and I gave him a few models and colors I was looking at and he happened to have the exact model in the color and the one and only option I wanted in stock. They were located 4 1/2 hours from me but once I told him to go ahead and lets make the deal the car was dropped at my door in about 24 hours. it was delivered by a nice couple and they had the paperwork with them. It only took about 30 minutes and everything was done and they were on their way back. Much better than the 4 to 5 hours it has taken me in the past when buying a new car.

Just had my F350 XLT in for oil/filter change and Frame/engine fuel filter change. Service was excellent with no complaints. Only one very minor issue is that the mechanic forgot to reset the intelligent oil monitor and as I drove toward the Canadian border I started getting “change the oil soon” messages.I reset it myself when I got home. No big deal!
