Absolutely awful service and customer service was terrible. Walked in said hi, just stared at us. We said we needed a certain item to see if they could help us find where it was and exactly what it was he literally stood there and said “go right back there and they are where the rest of the other fuses are” his name was Chris.

It would be stellar if the staff hadnt given my husband the incorrect part twice. He is now in a defecit not only for the incorrect parts, but also gas running back and forth twice, 30 minutes each way. (3 times if youd like to count the trip he has to make to return the part tomorrow). Im almost ashamed for this specific store, as the individuals responsible for selling important parts cannot match numbers in the computer to corresponding parts, and be bothered to give the correct one the first try. This is not a laughing matter, although apparently the staff feels like it is.
