These guys here were awesome. Very helpful when it came to helping me set up my Xbox. The guy that helped me could tell i was an old school gamer and made suggestions for games to me that were amazing. I would like to give them 10 stars.

Tiny little shop that sells all sorts of memorabilia and knick knacks and toys and yes they do sell video games and video game consoles. Just dont ever expect to get your money back. Their return policies and trade and policies are absolutely horrendous. Its better to put them on Marketplace imo

What is purpose of the GameStop app if when it gives a trade in price and the store manager and the employees tell you the trade value is different even if it does not need reverbish. But instead the app is wrong and you are wrong. Management is rude as was my cashier John whom cost your company my sale.

This place is horrible. Gamestop is well known for their shady business practices, and this location is no exception. They will rip you off in any way can. I have heard many friends tell me how these people have tried to add their reward program which costs over twenty dollars to their purchase. I could only imagine how many people they do this to. Please watch some youtube videos made by former employees of gamestop telling the truth about their scams they run. Please DO NOT SHOP AT GAMESTOP EVER. Spend your hard earned money with reputable companies.

The employees are extremely helpful and very nice. Of course trade in values suck but everyone should know that by now. I never trade in but am grateful to the ones who do cuz ive gotten plenty of cheap preowned games. The missing star is for some of the other customers that frequent the place. Ive been in there several times when someone who smells like theyve never showered a day in their life wanders in and stinks up the whole store. Im not exaggerating. There is no escape from the stench but to leave. My god dude, put down the controller for 20 minutes and take a shower.

The sales people lied to me and got caught very untrustworthy . I would not recommend shopping at the gamestop in moundsville wv

My fiance & his son was sooo excited when our small town officially had a Game Stop because the nearest was in Ohio & there just really isnt anywhere else to go to buy video games other than Walmart & our local Pawn Shop. I love they have special club memberships, which isnt expensive at all to join & well worth it! My fiances son is now 13 so yes, Ive become a regular at our Game Stop lol. The employees are ALL VERY FRIENDLY & welcoming. Extremely helpful for ppl like me that dont know much about games, systems, accessories & pretty much erything else that falls into the category. What I love & appreciate the most about my local Game Stop is that theyre ok w/that! They bring me up to speed regarding products Im looking for each time I visit AND if they dont have item Im in search of, whether its something they stopped selling, extremely popular,or perhaps it didnt get much rave, a HOT TICKET ITEM or even an extremely rare & hard to find product..THEY WILL FIND IT 1 way or another! 💜😁 Then they personally call me & hold it till I come pick it up!🕹💙🕹 I strongly urge anyone reading this rev to trust my words & go visit Moundsville Game Stop & see for yourselves! 🙂🙃
