I highly recommend the customer service experience here! Shane, the store manager, is very informative and tech savvy. He makes sure the customer is fully take care of before leaving the store. If you want the VIP experience, go see Shane!!

I went in to get a new phone and to be added to my Aunts plan. Shane was excellent. Talked to me about different phone options and watches. If anyone needs to go to Verizon go see Shane at the Moundsville store in the plaza with Kroger. Id recommend Shane in a heartbeat.

Both times I went there the representative Amy and then Joseph were both very helpful and courteous. The first time I went to this store was just this week and had to make a second trip. It is nice that this store is here where it is so convenient and I can get everything I need.

Jae was very professional and courteous, and helped solve the issue I was having with my cell phone not working! And we upgraded my wifes phone as well. She answered all our questions & nice that the store was open through this covid-19 because we do better understanding people face to face vs phone help.

This store is always under manned!! Plan on a 5 minute trip taking an hour and very few of the staff are professional and knowledgeable.

Dont ever buy the note 7 or 8 because They sell us and deffective phones then when you bring it in and tell them that its over geating and pixels r out. Then they then send you a used phone that was defective and fixed without no acessories no pen and no Box. When Samsung actually sends them a brand new phone. Which they sell to a new customer. This is a scam.. Stop buying notes till they stop sending us used phones for 1000 dollars. I can buy any used note 8 for 200 dollars with the pen and charger. Its definitley a scam.
