Nick and the service team were friendly and helpful. Got us in right away and fixed the issue. It was nice that they are dog friendly inside as we were traveling with three dogs and July temps are hot. One of the best Dodge service departments I’ve been to from Detroit to Seattle. Very thankful to this team for getting us back on the road during the holiday.

I loved this whole experience. Ill start by saying that while I dont spend a lot of time in car dealerships, only buying cars once every 5 years or so, I dont remember ever having a good experience in a traditional car dealership. Ill say that most of them have been awful, actually.That could not be further from true with my experience at this place. I had been looking for something very specific, and had been calling all over the mountain west looking for the model and trim level I wanted. I got the run around from several other dealerships, but when I landed with Darren at Mountain Home, we were able to quickly negotiate a very fair deal (I evaluated about 10 other deals as part of this process.) We did it all over a handful of emails over the course of a day, and he was very straightforward throughout. In addition, he drove 45 minutes each way to pick me up at the airport, the paperwork was all prepared in advance, and not counting a short test drive, I was in and out of the dealership in about 10 minutes. The sales manager Mike was just as straightforward as Darren was, and I couldnt imagine an auto transaction going so smoothly.This place is several hours from my house, and Ill probably do this again because the deal and the whole experience was so good. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had just gotten stationed here and 2 days after arriving his Dodge Charger was leaking fuel. Took it to the dealership because the car needed recall work as well. First of all, they charged us $60 just to look at the car which they didnt tell us about. Then we wanted an estimate before they worked on it and they wanted to charge us another $220 just to figure out what was wrong with the car. We told them we couldnt afford that so we just asked if they could take care of the recalls. The mechanic who was helping us had an attitude about that but we had been paying for our travel costs out of pocket. When we got the car back it was in bad shape and overheating. We took it somewhere else and turns out they left a ratchet in the hood of the car and didnt reinstall the serpentine belt. Not a great welcome to mountain home. Unfriendly and overpriced.
