I had been with AT&T for at least 25 years maybe 30 and family talked me into pay as you go just get a card every month straight $45. Was not worth it I was supposed to have unlimited everything well about half a month into it they wouldnt let me send a text message, said my whatever was full. It did not take me long to get back to AT&T while I was there the gentleman that helped me was very helpful he explained everything over again and I walked out of there with the phone that I should never have left in the first place. Thank you, AT&T
Skyler was the associate that helped me. He was so friendly and efficient. Not only did he get me set up with a new phone but he helped me transfer all the info from my broken phone to the new one in less than an hour. This was the best visit to this store ever. Thank you Skyler for all your help

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in because I was trying to activate a new phone. Apparently, AT&T suspends your number when you try to set up your own device. I had tried going to an AT&T store while out of town to purchase a new device and was told that it would be cheaper and easier if I were to get another device and activate it myself (prepaid account). While there, I learned my device was suspended and I was given a number to call to get it unsuspended. I was speaking to the manager. I asked if he had a phone I could use being that my phone number was suspended and I did not have another phone to call from. At the time, I was looking at a desk phone (land line). I was told he was not allowed to let me use a phone in the store. This is the STORE MANAGER who I would think would be making these types of decisions. But, he basically ignored me. When I asked if he heard me, he said yes but he just could not help me. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST COMMON COURTESY AT ITS BEST. You have the opportunity to serve a customer who has been with you for more that 40 years and you choose not to even though it is so simple, and within your power. I am thoroughly disgusted with the new customer service at this point. Oh, but it gets better. I figure out that I can call 611 to get help. Their auto message guides you to their website where they state I can fix this myself, but- the option is not given... I have now been on hold for over 1.5 hours to try to get my phone to work. Thank you for the wonderful customer service AT&T! It seems like with as much as you charge for phones and your plans, you could hire some helpful people or at least change your hold message.

Waited in line for over an hour, only to find out their internet was down and they could not help. They should have let us know before we wasted our time waiting. I say our time because several people were angrily waiting in line. The one clerk that was working did not handle the crowd well, and frankly it was scary. I left and went back the next day, and the same process happen. Waited only to find out the internet was still down. For a store built on technology, this was unacceptable. At least post a sign on the door about limited access so that we dont wait in the line of an angry mob. Train your help to handle angry loud customers, very scary!!!
I gone 2x today. Michael helped me with my questions & activated my sons iphone. Came back with my BFF to get her upgraded from SG 6 to a SG 20FE. He did a great job helping her.

Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t even speak to me until it was time to open. Not even for a quick question. Then, they told me too bad if they would’ve known earlier I wouldn’t of had to wait 15 minutes for nothing. That’s all I tried to do in the beginning before having to wait outside for 16 minutes. Communication is the key to success. They should teach that to the younger generations.

Came in on Sunday Feb 21,2021 and needed help switching over to my new phone. Michael was johnny on the spot and had me all fixed up in a matter of minutes. Cell phone issues can be a pain- especially when trying to start a new line- we have been here to the local store 2 times with major issues and both times Blade helped us- patiently and informatively!!! He was great it stressful situation!! He is the reason for my 5 stars!

I stopped in to upgrade my iPhone. They were super busy, but I was still greeted as I walked in the door. I did wait about twenty minutes to be helped but it was very clear the two associates were competent and customer-service oriented. When my turn came, I received the same quality care from Alyssa. She’s amazing. She was quick and knowledgeable. She suggested things I didn’t even know I needed but instantly saw the need for. For instance, she told me I could purchase a screen protector from them for $35 which has a lifetime warranty if it breaks. I pay about $10 from Amazon for these but have to replace them four to five times each year so she saved me money there. She also saved me money through a promotional deal they have going and also by telling me I could return my old phone. I didn’t think that was possible because my old phone didn’t work right. Anyway, the upshot is that she got me all the deals she could, she was fast and efficient, and she was super kind to my daughter who was with me. I recommend this store and I ESPECIALLY recommend Alyssa.

The local AT&T store was fine after we waited in our car for over 1.5 hours to be allowed in the store. Our reason for going was to pay off our phones and get rid of AT&T as our cell phone and data/internet provider. We signed up in May 2019. Service was usually acceptable until about June 2020. Then data service became virtually useless. Especially bad on weekends. Nearly every time we tried to even read comments on Facebook, it timed out. We could no longer stream movies or look up web sites on line. Not even the AT&T web site to check our usage. Made at least 6 calls to customer service. They played with our phones and tried updates. Etc., but nothing helped. Eventually they agreed there was nothing they could do as their network was too crowded in our area. I was paying for services they were not providing. So we are changing to Verizon.Abram Nicholson
Alyssa was so amazing. I was with my Mother In Law and family, she wanted to upgrade her I phone 4s. Alyssa was very patient with us and helped us to understand everything. Unfortunately, Alyssa was the only employee there at the time and people had to wait. She also helped us save money when she signed us up for the auto pay. You are lucky to have Alyssa as your employee.
I visited the Mountain Home Arkansas store AT&T store. The store manager I think his name is Walter took care of four customers at a time and he stayed very professional. Give him an attaboy.

I had to leave a review after receiving the best customer service I have ever had at this location. There was a short wait to get assistance because the reps were helping others, but they took their time helping them. I had Chad help me with some issues I had been having for a week. I felt he was very honest and wasn’t just trying to sell me everything he could, he really wanted to get down to the bottom of the issue. Turns out I was 1 out of 30,000 people with a certain issue and he had me contact tech support one last time after trying some other options. I did and got a great rep who knew what to do and fixed my data issue. He could have tried to sell me a new phone but I think he knew that there was something bigger going on. I will be returning here when I do purchase again instead of online, due to the great customer service.

Hours on door states that they close at 8 with no other sign stating any different. Pulled into the parking lot at 7:15 last night, a couple of workers inside laughing carrying on, doors locked, they look up and go on about their business not even offering to say anything to us. Tried to call the phone and they just watched it ring. So glad we were able to go into Walmart and purchase our new phones instead with such friendly customer service there!

I bought an IPhone 11 from another store and tried to exchange it. They said they didn’t do that. I called the customer service number and was informed that all AT&T stores can process exchanges.
The process was very fast and friendly (we had 4 people upgrading). Alyssa was very kind and helpful with us and answered any questions we had.

When we moved over here to Yellville, I love to go to this AT&T store as they were better than Memphis but since they sold it is not worth a flip. I hate going in there for anything. I LOOK into going to version but they only had hot spot too so I decided to stay where I am at. Very unable happy with AT&T.

On Wednesday evening my experience to solve the safe mode on my AT&T phone was not good since the person at the store could only do what I had trie multiple times to correct. That was Wednesday, 2-12-19. When I got home, my son -in-law and daughter had instructions and we tried everything to remove the safe mode. Nothing worked. Thursday, 2-13-19 I went to the store and had no choice but to buy a new phone since I could not get apps back on the old phone. Luckily, the monthly rates and cost were not as high as I expected but because they are android phones, have to physically move my photos. I have been a customer since 2009 and it was a frustrating experience.
The girl is rude. You have to wait so much for help. I just want to pay my bill!!!
Worst possible experience. They said they have fiber available at my location and made me cancel my Xfinity subscription. Kept misleading me for 3 weeks saying there is some work that needs to happen before installation.Never gave me an update. I followed up multiple times and every representative said installation was a day or 2 away.After my 15th call trying to get an update, got transferred to another representative who was finally honest and said he did not know when service would be installed.In return I was offered 1 month free internet. Absolutely ridiculous, considering I already went a month without internet.They offered no compensation for the delay and expressed regret.This is my worst experience with an Internet service provider.

I was able to get service on my phone and it works great, but the questions I asked were mostly met by we cannot do that at this store which is possibly true but maybe the employee couldve called someone higher up and asked more information, but all in all, at least I got service on my phone now.
Back in July i was lied to about buy one get one phone.. the phone were not eligible for that so I ended up having to pay for both phone....along with being lied to over and over when I would call in about it the offer...was told credit will be made next or the next month ...which never happened...so to receipts to store to which they once again couldnt do anything
The first day I went into the store, a very nice young man greeted me and told me their entire system was offline. I told him I just needed to have my otherwise good screen protector reapplied. He said they didnt have any adhesive to do that. He said a new one would be around $40, when I made a face, he said he could get me a discount. He told me to come back in an hour. I went and did other errands and came all the way back to the other end of town. Still down and I was told this time it would be 2-3 more hours. I came back two days later and learned they did not have a screen protector in for an S8, a phone thats only a little over a year old. Had to order one. I told the guy about being told of a discount, he said it was already 10% off, he didnt know if it would let him discount it again. After asking his manager if he could discount, he got a code and the stupid system wouldnt allow anymore discounts. I ordered it because I need a screen protector as nothing is wrong with my phone and I drop it routinely (I have an Otterbox on it). So, after THREE trips, I still left without a screen protector that Im not waiting to be shipped. With tax, etc, it was still over $40! First, I dont know why any place would rely so heavily on a system that it cannot function if the computers are down and second, I dont understand why a store would not carry a screen protector in stock for a phone thats only one year old.

Worst experience! The last two times I have bought phones I went into the store and they told me to go home and order them online. Why is there a store? They are not interested in helping you unless you want the latest $1200 Iphone. I finally talked them into ordering me two phones and I waited 2 weeks with no call that they came in. When I finally got through on the phone they said that they could not get that model for me even though they are on the at&t website. They did not bother to call me and tell me that this was an issue.
I was greeted by the associates at the At&t store in Mountain Home, I had a problem with my bill and requested to talk to the manager, she had the associates tell me she was busy but would be out shortly, after waiting for over 45 + minutes I left. I had a pleasant experience a couple months ago when I upgraded, but unfortunately not this time...
Took my payment incorrectly so shows as not paid I went in to see Management and they promised to fix it one week later and I call att myself to fix that’s almost two weeks is late fees and I have to fix problem myself what the hell/ just left there again rushed out after driving 32 mile to give them paperwork they had made copies of 5 days ago then told they will get to it are you joking. Fire these people.
Tried calling 2 different days during store hours, tried calling over 20 times to ask about a new phone and even left a voicemail and no one answered or called back... piss poor service and very disappointed
Drove over an hour to get assistance at a store as we have no local store, to find one employee here helping a customer and another customer waiting. He’s very nice and courteous but they really need to have more people here. I will be contacting AT&T and complaining.

Past frustrating experience.I sent my daughter in to get a sim card for her to join my multi line plan that I started while i was out of state. I opened the multi line plan at the stateline store in Texas whom were over and above helpful.The 3rd line had to have a new sim card.I sent my daughter to mtn home store.Before she went I called them a half dozen times and no answers.However when my daughter went in to get the card all they kept asking for was my credit card number. I insisted that I could pay for the line from my end no need to give it over the store employees private cell number. She insisted she would not help her without my cc number. They made her pay the 6.00 for new card by cash and still would not assist her with getting a new number to join my multi line they she was flat out rude.Be careful of those whom insist for your card number are they wont help.Wrong all the way around. Frustrating all the way.Thank youTonya
Employees are friendly, but it is always a big fiasco to do anything. Cant cancel services in store, data to at least one of our lines gets messed up anytime we make changes, and it takes forever. Our birthday surprise to our daughter was ruined when they sent her an email congratulating her on her new phone. Is a congratulatory email really necessary?!

Asked about a problem with my phones camera. Before even looking at it was told it was the new ios update and to call apple. I took it to the apple store in Memphis it was not the ios update thanks for the help.
This AT&T store in Mountain Home isn’t authorized retailer not a corporate store they have a good selection of all your standard phones iPhones to Annedroids and the staff is very knowledgeable of all the promotions that they offer the only thing that they don’t do well are some of the unique promotions that are only available through an AT&T corporate store which I have a Wi-Fi and wireless hotspot phone box that I had to go to Branson and buy through an AT&T regular store corporate store has these guys knew nothing about it outside of that they do a great job
Long wait. Good Service helping me find a phone but charged me for an otterbox that did not fit. When I questioned the total I was told it was taxes..Receipt was supposedly sent to my email but I never received it. When I called the store when I got home and realized what had happened, the trainee could not take my email to send the receipt. The store is an hour away so this was very inconvenient to have to go in and return the otterbox..
Poor service and even worse knowledge of how to set up a data plan. I waited about 30 minutes while they talked with their lover. This store is a joke...... EDIT 7/21/20 they can’t even talk to me over a call about the plan I have then hang up on me. Hire people who will do their jobs or replace them
