I highly recommend 28 Door Company. Very professional and fast service. They did a fantastic job installing my new garage door. The crew arrived on schedule and quickly got to work with no wasted time. Very satisfied with the whole experience from initial contact to job completion.

They led me on for 3 months thinking that they ordered parts for my garage door. a top portion of glass and a bottom section. When I inquired asking for an update they said we didnt call you? we cant get that anymore. he said we could replace the glass though.I said well when can you do that and I never heard from him again and I sent several messages. DO NOT use this company!

Affordable, friendly, punctual company. Even had a guy meet me at their shop to give me a brochure. That may not sound like that big of a thing but their shop was not fully open at that time and they were out doing jobs. Greatly appreciate everything they did. We also started using them where I work. We have 30 14 foot garage doors and they fixed the last problem without any issue.

I will never use 28 Door again, had them install a door and opener for me awhile back and had issues with it from day one, tried to get them to come out to do warranty work, took several weeks to even get them to return my calls, then after several appointments where I took off work and they never showed up or even called to let me know they werent coming, finally when they showed they basically said that the issue with the door and opener was my fault and that it would cost me extra $$$ to fix it. I called a different company that was able to fix it for next to nothing, wish I would have done my homework and read more reviews and picked a more reputable company from the start.
