Had my door installed about 10 years ago. It still works great. Had my old garage door opener upgraded almost 4 years ago and had new springs put on the door 6 months ago. Each time Ive called for assistance, they respond very promptly and with friendly service. Very helpful. In my opinion, they are the best.

Called, made an appointment and James came out to my house on-time and as scheduled. He explained where the problems were with my garage door, fixed them and he got paid. Overall, James was friendly, professional and pretty much everything I expect of business owners. The only downside to doing business with James and Overhead Door Company in Mountain Home is his website. He relies on a shared corporate website when a information packed/personalized business website would be so much better for James and me as a customer. And not only does the younger crowd use the web these days but the older generations are getting more and more use to the idea of finding businesses and information there.

I have had 3 different doors installed on my property in 10 years .All haVE HAD PROBLEMS THAT COULD OF BEEN TAKEN CARE OF WITH LITTLE WORK . Instead after numerous calls they elected not to take care of any of there faults I have had to either pay someone to fix it try fixing it myself or just leaving it and let it annoy my family .You would think i would have learned the second time BUT In a package deal they came in while i was not here and installed the third door . If i knew before they where involved I would never let it happen . Now again they have been notified and never responded . SORRY but i see this group of people AS WE GOT OUR MONEY WE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THE COSTUMER .
