A few weeks ago they advised me to get an eyebrow color to make my eyebrows lighter brown. After I tried it, not only my eyebrows but also the skin around them were black back!!! When I went back to the store to get some advice, the middle aged seller was so rude and unhelpful. No refund, no sympathy and not a single advice!! She even was lying that my eyebrows werent black!!!! I had paid $15 for the color and then I had to pay another $15 to a salon to remove the black color from my skin and eyebrows. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
