I got my bikini line sugared by Aubrey and she was the best! I was running a little late but she got me in and out SO fast and did an amazing job. It was my first time getting professionally sugared and I’m so impressed at the results (tried waxing at home and it made my skin very red and angry, I’m writing this 2 hours post-sugar and I have no redness, pain, or irritation!), especially with the time constraint. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend it for anyone who’s interested in getting sugared!

Aubrey and Angela are just the best! I’ve been waxed by both of them by now (and have gotten an amazing facial from Aubrey!!!) and they’re both professional and accommodating.

Bikini sugaring is no fun, but Angela makes it an easy process. Unsure why and I’m sure there’s info out there, but I used to wax every 4 weeks, but I only need to sugar every 6 weeks. That’s worth it!I’ll be going in for a facial as well because they carry a clean line of facial products, which I’d like to try. Will report back!

Simply amazing experience! It was my first time trying sugaring (I usually wax) and thanks to Sugar Spa I will NEVER go back! Aubrey was great! Professional, friendly, made me feel comfortable, relaxed and safe (following COVID cleanliness and all city/state ordinances/laws). The space was very clean, they are only allowing one appointment at a time so that helps you feel safe and comfortable. Even with social distancing, Aubrey still made me feel welcomed, and comfortable which is really important during these times and also because you get pretty intimate really fast! I recommend for first timers, returning customers or anyone who wants to make a change!

Decided to give Sugar Spa a try and was not disappointed. Aubrey was efficient, gentle, and super kind. Will definitely be back again for another sugar and maybe even a facial.

I loved my sugaring experience! Aubrey was very detail oriented and took time to make sure everything looked great. For the first time ever I didnt have to go home and fix things myself. The vibe in the spa is also friendly and cozy and I really enjoyed the motivational playlist haha. I will be back!

I had my first experience at the Sugar Spa on 24 August 2018. I set up my appointment about a week in advance since their evening and weekend appointment slots fill up very quickly. I received a text reminder of my appointment the day before and I thought that was awesome.When I arrived at my appointment I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the technician I was scheduled with due to the appointment before mine going a little longer than planned. I understand things happen so I was ok with that.When she started to do my Brazilian she began to explain that the sugar waxing process is done differently than regular waxing since the sugar is applied without a stick and goes on against the grain of the hair growth. I didn’t think this was going to be a big deal since I’ve been waxing for over 10 years now. However, it was a HUGE change to what I’ve been used to with regular wax. I found the sugar waxing method to be extremely painful and at points unbearable. My waxing technician was very patient with me through the process and agreed this is very different than a traditional Brazilian wax.Also, I forgot to mention that my best friend and I had our appointments on the same day and she felt the same way about her wax and we both have a pretty good level of pain tolerance.Overall, the salon was clean, comfortable and my technician was very professional and polite. However, I won’t be returning for sugar waxing services. This was just too painful.

Great professional service, and friendly staff. Environment is very relaxing and the rooms are great. They do a fantastic job on eyebrows and when Ive had my legs done here, theyve also been great. Facials are good and theyve offered a lot of helpful advice (and some free samples) to help with my troublesome skin.

I chickened out and didnt do it. its very similar to waxing and my skin cant handle that. but I am totally going back for other services.

Ive already been a couple of times and I would say that I really enjoy this place.They are very professional, the place is really clean, and the best thing is that although sometimes I call on the last minute they always have availability. They are also very flexible, I asked them if they could tweeze my eyebrows and they did it without any complaint every time. If you never did sugaring I think this is a good place to try it, its much better than waxing.

Be very careful getting sugaring done here. Although I received a refund and a (template) apology, Im still highly upset because this has ruined my skin and appearance in the most private and sensitive area. I will have to spend more money to treat and repair my skin back to normal (if possible) than the cost of the sugaring service. I would have not expected this outcome from a supposedly trained and licensed professional.I had sugaring service done by Mia and I had been to her a few times before without any problems, however, this appointment was different. It was much more painful and the pain feeling lasted a few days after my services. Then I developed severe ingrown hairs (bumps). Im not talking one or two here and there. Its a lot! My skin itches like crazy and my skin is much darker than normal. It looks like razor burns. She did use a clipper and scissors to trim my hair and maybe those werent clean. I also think the sugaring technique was not done properly.I was also not provided any aftercare instructions either. I cried when I saw my skin look like this.

Probably the best sugaring spot in the Bay Area. Super cute, very clean, decent pricing, and they sell Herbivore and SkinCeuticals products. I get my sugaring done by Angela and she does such a great job and is very meticulous. Also, theres a parking lot right behind the shop that usually has several spots available depending on the time of day (avoid lunch time).

I got my first Brazilian sugaring back in Feb 2019. I was so tired and scared of hurting myself with shaving and the razor burn I get after shaving was becoming annoying, then the itch. I decided tocgo with sugaring for the first time. I was referred by my coworker to come here if I ever built the courage to get rid of the hairs from my sensitive area, she did tell me they usednatural ingredients. I made my first appointment with Angela, she was patient and made sure I was okay. She was very patient with me, she knew that the first time is usually a bit much. Even though it hurt a bit after finishing the I loved that I didnt have to worry about anything afterwards. I felt so clean. I like coming here for my Brazilian and I like that it is all natural ingredients. I am always well taken care of by Angela and the staff.

Its been 3 years since I moved to the US and finally I found a place to call my usual. Its very clean and every they do every service they provide professionally. You should certainly check it out.
