The Alro team came today and put up a roller shade for us and I just wanted to share a bit about my overall experience. Seems like everyone I communicated with throughout the process was professional and knowledgeable; from the person who helped us pick the best window treatment and select the right fabric and style to match our decor to the installers who showed up on time, neatly dressed, wearing face coverings and efficiently finished the job within the hour. I can tell the roller shade they installed will block enough sun light to help maintain our house cool during the summer (which was my main concern) and still let in enough light to keep the room bright during the day, all that while adding a nice touch of elegance to our living space. The wife is very happy with the end result. Thank you Alro!!!

I had rods and drapes installed on my Bay Window with three sections. The installer spent about 2 hours. He did excellent work! He was very professional. Wore a mask at all times. He let me know what he was working on in case I wanted to make any changes. The results are beautiful. Thank you. I highly recommend the company

Alro Installed our remote control shades from the Shade store. Alfred and everyone else with whom we spoke and worked from Alro was very competent, on time and provided great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Alro installed a motorized shade from the shade store. Alexis and Helios, from Alro, were very nice, professional and efficient. They even patched the holes in my wall from the previous shade.

If i could give them a minus star i would they are most disorganize company, first time they came to my house they installed all the curtain rods crooked, so we reschedule and second time around they came but forgot to bring the actual curtains, then they were rude and dismissive and not at all willing to make their mistake right.
