The store manager, Sean, was very helpful, friendly, efficient, and gave some great advice when choosing paint. The store was organized and had a nice atmosphere. I appreciated the customer service and feel of the store!

Lots of color and paint quality choices, like any good paint store. But, really good tool and supply selection (quality brush and rollers, and Festo tools!) But what stands out is the support the team provided - really helpful in matching a color and finding and old order that saved the day twice over. Highly recommended.

Went on a Sunday afternoon when it was one day to go for 40% off. It was super crowded. And there was only one staff. He was very caring though gave a lot of ideas. Handled situation pretty well. It anyway took me an hour to order 35 gallons of paint that I wanted. I had already pre finalized the colors before I went into the store.

Bought paint here a year ago so I come back. Disappointed.The staff is not nice. The customer before me asked for color match and she pushed him hard to pay. I asked to buy paint and mix color later which is a common practice, but she declined and said I can go to other stores. I understand if thats how they trained you, and you can repeat your store policy as many times as you want, but its not gonna win customers. I will never go to this store again.And I did go to other store. Go to Sunnyvale store. They have much more helpful and nicer staff.

Had a paint chip color matched and purchased a quart. The match was almost perfect, the difference can be seen only under the brightest lighting. Jesús was polite and knowledgeable. He also helped me choose the correct spackle compound for the job.

I was working to match a paint and needed to order several trial containers. The store had a policy that I could only order paint by telephone, so I was calling the store a lot. I noticed several times that the phone would just ring and ring with no answer, even when I was standing outside the store and could see that the clerk was not on the phone or busy. I mentioned this to a clerk. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. As a business owner, I know how important it is to be able to have my customers make reliable contact with my business, so I suggested she contact the manager or owner to let them know about the problem. I ordered my paint and she said she would call back. A few minutes later, she called and told me she was scared to service me and would not provide the paint. I did not yell at her, and I in no way threatened or intimidated her. We werent even going to be close to each other because of the way the store operates right now (customers dont even go inside). She just decided she did not want to serve me. That is not a way to do business.

We had good experience with Sherwin-Williams paint. The staff at the store was very helpful, fast service, offered discounts when possible and mixed correct colors even when given color names and numbers from other brands. Dont hesitate to go in!

Not recommended, left sample to match color, in 24 hours nobody even tried to do anything. When I got back to the store the sales guy did not suggest that he can do it. Home depot or any other store does it right away

Friendly knowledgeable associates. Great color selection. As an interior designer I am very happy with the color selections and even more so the service.

I had found at a yard sale from my parents condo a box of really nice blue and grey/silver tiles. We fell in love with them, so we decided to use their color to finish the bathroom. That was harder than you might think. After many unsuccessful and frustrating trips to Home Depot, I was convinced to go to Sherman Williams. I hit their store at 6 oclock the next morning, and explained to the gentleman there that not only was I trying to match this really hard color, but if possible I needed the paint today, since the parents were coming to visit that weekend, and we were hoping to have it all done.The people there were fantastic. Not only were they able to match the blue perfectly, they got it done in just a few hours. I have no idea what goes into paint matching, but to give you an idea - the tiles were most definitely blue, except when you put them next to paint chips, the ones that matched were purple. The paint the ended up mixing for us is actually designed for automotive work, its purple when the light is directly on it, or when the paint is thin, but other than that it is the most amazing deep blue youve seen in a while.

I prefer Sherwin Williams to Kelly Moore in Mountain View. The Sherwin Williams staff always is very helpful. If I go to Kelly Moore, they make the homeowner feel like a second class citizen.

Wouldve been 5 stars, but they were out of masking blades. This forced me to buy the entire set-up!
