Decently tasty food with kind and friendly service. Definitely not the best banh mi sandwich we’ve had but good, fresh ingredients. The bread is soft which is a big pro! They are open 6 days a week and closed only on Monday. Some other cool food and drink options to check out as well.

Great service, split a bubble tea into two smaller sizes no prob. Tofu bahn mi very flavorful, which is impressive as tofu can sometimes come off pretty plain. Pork rice bowl was excellent as well, great consistency and flavor.

All of the banh mi sandwiches Ive had have been fantastic, especially at the online prices of less than $7 before tax and tip. I highly recommend ordering on their website and picking up. Its an easy and seamless experience. The milk teas are pretty standard, maybe with a bit too much ice, and slightly overpriced compared to nearby Boba places. Overall, one sandwich, one milk tea, tax, and tip comes to less than $15, which is pretty decent.

They do a great job! The pickled vegetables are nice and crunchy, everything is super fresh, and we really appreciated that the bread was tasty but not super crusty - at other places it can be so crusty it hurts. An awesome local haunt, I hope they are able to weather the COVID storm!

100% the best tofu banh mi I have ever had- and Ive had a lot. The tofu was clearly marinated thoughtfully and as extensively as possible and the light frying added a nice texture without making it heavy. The pickled vegetables and added noodles added complexity and tang. The bread was super fresh too. Takeout was easy breezy- I called in and it only took them five minutes to prepare the order! Clearly a lot of thought and care goes into the food here.

This tiny little place rocks! Nice folks, good vibe and you can take your food next door to Hemlock State Brewing and have a great beer with your meal.

The bread and veggies in the bahn mi were very good. The only thing I personally didnt like was that the meat was shredded (like a Vietnamese style pulled pork) instead of grilled. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and the food was reasonably priced.

Best milk tea! Very creamy but not overly sweet. Also love the wings, skewers and banh mi sandwiches. I am in here once a week at least and great customer service!

Surprisingly great prices. Ive only tried the bang mis, but they took good to pass up on. Ill definitely be back to try other menu items as well. Only little thing is parking is difficult during rush hour, but for the most part its not impossible.

The banh mi was very fresh and yummy. the meatball skewer was also very yummy with a slightly spicy BBQ glaze. I had a smoothie and it was more of a hybrid of a milk tea and a smoothie

Great customer service and cute art work. Banh Mis were good. We ordered the traditional, pepperoni, and beef banh mi. The traditional and pepperoni needs a bit more meat to balance the amount of bread, the beef was juicy and delicious. The pickled carrots and daikon was missing that tangy bite. Overall still a good bahn mi.

Weve had banh mi from many restaurants over the years and Bahn Mi Bites is excellent. Friendly staff. Great location. (They also have bubble and milk tea, etc. Something for everyone.)

We love this place. I love their reusable boba tea cups! Reasonable prices, people are so nice and they regularly hold fundraisers for local schools. They have punchcards for the sandwiches and teas.

Ive been driving past this place for so long and have wanted to stop but havent. Today was the day. Not only because I had the time, but also because at the end of the day I wanted to support a local business. I am kicking myself for not trying this place sooner. Simple, very tasty, and reasonably priced. I got one for my picky fiancé to try and he loved it too! Will definitely be back!

We love this place so much! Its fun to pick up sandwiches to eat in the nearby park for a socially distanced date/activity. The sandwiches are truly great, I just tried a tofu rice bowl which was very generous and delicious, and the meatball skewers are honestly not to be missed. Love the green papaya instead of daikon. The Vietnamese coffee was sweet for me but I should have known better, still a nice treat. Such a neighborhood gem--delicious, affordable, and always very quick and friendly. Go here!

I ordered from here through DoorDash. My experience was subpar. The sandwich bread was too hard. It was breaking apart and scraping the roof of my mouth up. There was also too much mayo in it.I also ordered two coffees: dalgona and vietnamese.The dalgona was alright but a bit weak.The vietnamese was nothing like a vietnamese coffee. It was more of a condensed milk with a touch of instant coffee. I have had some bad vietnamese coffees but this is by far the worst.

I visited this place when they first opened and they had a limited menu and it wasnt great. Now, a couple years later... this place is fine. They have a limited kitchen, and theyre doing their best. They opened up right before Covid, I dont envy their current plight. I like their tofu, their meat is tasty (banh mi pork is shredded and not just fat) their rice is actually FAR BETTER than a lot of teriyaki joints, and all their options match the price point very well. The bread was fresh and great quality -- its SUPPOSED to be crusty. I love Vietnamese food and this is a local cornerstore version that hits the spot just fine. If I were to suggest anything while keeping it (hopefully relatively) simple... I might recommend for them to add lime and a roasted peanut option to their rice bowls, along with the fried garlic they already include.

I love love love this place. I now make impulse visits when Im driving by and a little bit hungry. Each chair gets better and better. Their banh mi tofu is always so delicious. And today I ordered the raspberry snow tea. 😋 Theyre also seemingly knowledgeable and respectful of vegan options. I mentioned that Im vegan when I was asking about the ingredients in the drink, and then when I ordered my sandwich, she intuited correctly that I wouldnt want mayo. Theyre always so friendly and the cafe is always clean and bright and cutely decorated. Thank you Banh Mi Bites! Always satisfying.

Delicious! My husband and I live in the apartments upstairs and decided to walk down and try it. He got the green coffee and pork bahn mi. I got the raspberry milk tea and beef bahn mi. Both sandwiches were delicious and filling. And tea and coffee were also a nice texture and flavor. Not too sweet or milky. Only issue is that they dont have sides other than canned Pringles. But overall would definitely eat there again!

These are pretty good sandwiches. The new later hours mean theyre still open when we get home from work. Thats a bonus! And you can take the food next door to the new brewery. Id recommend it.

What an adorable place this is. Parking is easy as its in the garage right next door (you get 90 minutes of retail parking). I was greeted by a very friendly guy right as I walked in, and I had the chicken banh mi and a peach milk tea with mango boba in the reusable jar. The banh mi was delicious, and so was the milk tea (although it was a bit sweet for my taste; I wasnt sure if you could adjust sweetness levels there). Prices were very reasonable too! My only complaint was that the sticker on the reusable jar scratched extremely easily, and I eventually peeled it off as there was no point having a scratched sticker on the jar. Oh well; I still like the jar and will use it often.

These are the best banh mi Ive ever had. And we even had banh mi at our wedding. The bread looks huge at first, and I was worried that the bread-to-filling ratio was off, but the bread is warm, soft and fluffy. The filling is fresh as well, and the lemongrass chicken and the tofu are deliciously marinated. The drinks were tasty too! Definitely coming back.

Nice little shop with some tasty food. The eponymous Bites were a little too deconstructed for my taste, but you cant go wrong with the classic Bahn Mi - my favorite so far is the Meatball one. Smoothies are good too, not overly sweet but not bland.

My kids and I stop by on a weekly basis. The sandwiches are so delicious. And the drinks, they make them perfect. I only wish they would add Pho to their menu because I havent been able to find really good Pho in the area. If they did Pho I bet I would be as amazing as the rest of their food .

This was my second time visiting Banh Mi Bites and my first time trying a banh mi. I got the tofu banh mi and it was right up there with my favorite banh mi from the UDistrict. The tofu had a nice chewy texture that was complimented by the veggies. The bread had the perfect chew and ability to soak up the sauce. My husband got the chicken banh mi and he liked it a lot. I also got a peach milk tea and it was the perfect compliment to my meal. The prices are great!

A bit disappointed in the bites. Lots of “bacon topping” but barely any pork in the dish itself. No standard boba for the coffee drinks.
