Great place for coffee and friendly staff.

Ordered an iced coffee and got an entire cup of ice. After 3 sips it’s gone.

I prefer the starbucks inside QFC, I’ve been here countless times and the handful of times I’ve always had to deal with a barista with an attitude for no reason, I just shrugged it off and thought they had a bad day but yesterday was my last time because I got an attitude for asking for more oat milk because this location seems to be stingy with the add-ins and they gave me the cup back without the lid on it, the message was loud and clear.

Feel very fortunate to live near the very best Starbucks. Friendliest and most efficient staff.

This Starbucks seems to get customers through relatively quickly. Even when the line seems long I dont feel like I wait too long for my beverage. The drive thru has a good layout and can easily be navigated by our huge 15 passenger van.

Staffs are very nice and of course the drinks are always classic!

It’s Starbucks, so hard to say it’s special, but they make the standard stuff well and keep the drive through moving quickly. That’s all I need.

Its a great Starbucks but the drive though is a bottle neck with traffic coming and going from the other stores.

I do not go to Starbucks often but when we are in a rush and need a quick bite to eat my kiddo and I both love the ham and swiss breakfast sandwich. This locations staff always seems very friendly and you can tell they are smiling even with the masks on.

I understand that when a business is super busy, things can take longer... but I had to wait for my drink for a good 10 minutes. I would even let that slide, but then I saw the overall cleanliness of the place, and it was seriously lacking... dirty tables with food crumbs and some gooey substance everywhere... bathroom was out of TP and had pee all over the floor around the toilet (co-Ed bathrooms)... my drink was made perfectly though! Easy things to improve upon.

I’ve been wanting to write a review for awhile now, but decide not to and just look for the positive at this location. The problem is that this particular Starbucks consistently gets things wrong. It’s to the point where I’m going to start driving out of my way to get my coffee somewhere else. In general, I get drinks hot when I ask for iced, they forget to put cream or sweetener in there, the drive through takes forever, etc on a pretty regular basis. I thought it was me for a little while, but it’s too consistent and when double checking my orders on the app, they’re ordered correctly. Today, I did a mobile order and included a toasted bagel. I sent my 16 year old in to get the items and he comes out and we go on our way to school. He picks up thebag and there is literally a knife and cream cheese in it.....that’s it. We turn around, he goes back in and they tell him they’re “out of bagels”. So you’re giving out bags with cream cheese? I’m confused! He instead asks for a piece of coffee cake and they give him the smallest, stalest piece of coffee cake. Again, I’ve had pretty consistent issues with this place, but avoid writing bad reviews. This is kind of the last straw for me.

The employees here are really nice. They are welcoming and quick. I ordered my usual mocha which is always yummy.

Lana had the best customer service I have seen at a Starbucks. I forgot my walet and she went out of hef way to make sure I still had my order. This is the type of service that makes me want to be a repeat customer!

Really enjoy this place. One time after ordering, I realized I didnt have the wallet with me, told the cashier at the drive through window sorry for the trouble. She told me no worries and insisted I keep the frap. coffee, which wasnt cheap. I appreciate that.

A simple order took way too long in the Drive-Thru today.

This is a great location. They are always very friendly and helpful. The libe moves quickly most of the time, both inside and in the drive thru.

I was a little disappointed when I went in to buy a holiday drink with the free travelers mug offer. I bought two drinks and was told I had to buy them.. I reluctantly did feeling obligated to them.. realizing the app said they were free,I brought this to the staffs attention and was told they were all out of the mugs,even though they look the same just a different SKU code. They gave me back my money because I didnt want to buy the mugs...should have told me they were just out.

Always super friendly and make great drinks. Even if there is a line around the corner for the drive through you get your drink within 10 minutes.

This is my ***FAVORITE*** location. They always get my drink right and frequently fix wrong drinks for me. The customer service at this location is always top notch. They dont ask a question then walk away when you answer. They remember me and use my name. (Its on my gold card) the food is ok. I like the protein box in a pinch.

Used the drive-thur, never been inside. FANTASTIC people! I thought the drive thru experience was nice, but inside the folks are really nice. I took 2 steps in & they came from behind the counter to help. Very pleased.

I came in right before 12. It was quite. I did get greeted. However the baristas were rather reserved.There were several customers on their laptops.The floors and table did have a few crumbs. Overall it was not bad.The store seamed rather hidden being attached to a Papa Johns. There was a drive-thru and patio. Its attached to a much bigger parking lot so parking was relatively easy.

I hate this Starbucks, today is the third day they have messed up my drink, and it totally sucks. Today Ben was at the drive thru and he punched in my order correctly and charged me for what I wanted, but they never actually put the extra shots I pay for in my drinks...I always have to go back or go to a different location to get it remade, which is a total waste. If I pay for a quad, it is extremely obvious to me when it doesn’t have the shots because four shots make their nasty sweet drinks more bitter and taste better. I would just avoid this Starbucks because chances are they’ll mess up your drink too.

Order was slow and WRONG! The witches brew my niece got tasted like watered down something but she loved her pink cakepop. Sub-par Starbucks, not impressed.

Took 15 mins in line to get my drip coffee. Walked in with 6-8 in line and only 1 person at the register. 2 people behind the bar and 3 people by the drive thru. The gal at the register was super nice but every time she took an order, she would walk the cups over to the barista. Come on, just set it on the ledge move on to the next customer.

Drive through gave me the weakest, wateriest triple cappuccino ever served in this Galaxy, never went back.

This Starbucks shares a wall with a pizza place and for some reason the smell of pizza and coffee isnt appetizing so I recommend using the drive thru.
