Half of our garage door collapsed and they sent someone out same day, within four hours, which was on a Saturday, and a Holiday weekend. We were afraid the entire garage door would have to be replaced but their technician managed to repair it, and then serviced the part that hadn’t collapsed to make sure it wouldn’t in the future. The work was professionally done, and the price was so much lower than we anticipated, especially because of the rush job and holiday weekend. The service tech was fantastic and was able to replace the spring the same day. He checked out the opener as well and tightened the belt, making sure everything was operating properly.When I called to schedule, they gave me a morning appointment (10-1), but the service tech called about 2:30 and said he was working on a multi-day project and had asked the office not to schedule him in the morning. We scheduled for an early morning appointment the following day and they showed up on time. They were very transparent in diagnosing the problem, knowledgeable, and called me back a couple of hours later as promised. What more can I say about these guys! I used these guys a year ago for a repair and this time I needed an all new opener for a different garage door. They were able to quickly give me a ballpark estimate and offered fast turnaround on the install. Garage door got all bent up around 10pm, called got immediate answer and the technician arrived in less than an hour. The mans name was Alex that came to fix the door, gave a 10 minute look at the issue explained the problem, gave a fair estimate and got to work, door was down in roughly an hour, took measurements on what was needed to fix the door properly. After job was nearly complete Alex pulled up to see what had happened explained again to me what needed to be done. They are an extremely professional company and have good employees. Hope I dont have to call for an emergency like this again but if I ever did Dustys Garage Doors Co. would be my first call.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment. Dispatcher said ok next day 3 hour window $38 service call ok. No problem. No show. Called to let know...and was willing to give another chance. Said can come out on Sunday and another 3 hour window....and would have to talk to tech. Regarding waiving service fee due to no show first go round and guess what Sunday came and went no call and yet again no show. Would love to possibly give business to a local company during these uncertain times but this one will not get a chance.
