Wishing Kroger didnt ruin this place like they ruined all their other stores. Once upon a time it felt like your average neighborhood market... maybe a little dated... but hey thats what made it feel homey. Now it looks like an absolute modern abomination. This is the new meat section. Like seriously, what the hell is this? Compare this picture to the before pictures on Maps, It does not make the store look nicer. It just feels more messy and strung together, with a thin veneer of modernity. It looks unfinished, hell it might be unfinished its so hard to tell. Its UGLY. It was much better before. Not to mention it was hard to shop around the construction. I already hated going in here before, but the aesthetic change is it.

Pretty good grocery store, produce and meat section have most anything youd want. Dont like they only have self check out towards the end of the night.

These old women name Teri and Shelley that are the cashiers are just rude. Its obvious They dont want to do their job. Just because i had to put away foods i couldnt afford Teri makes me uncomfortable with her complaining about me. Like its bad enough i dont have money for all these foods but you want to try to embarass me in front of everyone by having me to put the foods away? Thats YOUR JOB!!!! I was nice and polite enough to even put in a cart for you guys. So theres these old ladies Teri, Shelly, and Linda who clearly dont WANT to their jobs. Its not right. A customers is always right. I dont care what anybody try to say about that. I wasnt rude. i was being nice and just cause i couldnt afford all that food doesnt give anyone the rights to look down on people. They were very very very RUDE. Too bad theres a shortage of cashiers too. I know we could do better. They are complaining about me to other customers but wanna pretend to be nice to me. SO Fake. I dont need to feel uncomfortable when this is where i buy foods. Theres no reason anyone should be NASTY like them. Uncalled for.

It is a QFC. It’s okay. The produce selection is good.The staff is nice and helpful.Personally, I hate its layout. The bakery also has a terrible selection... no donuts (I’ve been multiple times at different times) no in store bakedbread or rolls.

Love this QFC, been on able to chat with a few employees and they have a solid helpful crew. Also a great isle of drink selections (both alcoholic and a smaller non-alcoholic chilled section.) They also have a fantastic selection of single pack tuna fish and salmon which is perfect for non-refrigerated meal like camping or being outdoors.

Hard working Exceptional Essentials Great tunes, delicious fresh bakery goods(also a fun day-old discount rack), Extra Large assortment of dishes from all over the world canned/frozen/some vacuum packed. Clean full size customer bathrooms available while the store is open. Their prices are more competitive now! Lots of parking. Yeah...Its ok.😉 JuneBug

Its small but its very clean and neatly organized. Very easy to get around and find everything even if its your first time there.

Dan in the alcohol section has zero customer service skills and wishes nothing mire than to clearly get paid to do nothing at all Don’t try to go in there for any kind of service as you will be rudely dismissed. That said I have shopped here my entire life and love the entire staff including the new comers but this guy does not belong here this store is full of lovely staff of locals with huge hearts please dismiss yourself sir

Do not go here after 10:00 on a Saturday night! There were NO CASHIERS open and we were forced to self check with a huge line and one machine down. Now I could see if the two self check workers were actually helpful instead of on their phones... Maddy was the worst! Sitting on her butt eating skittles and on her phone getting paid mind you for doing nothing but sticking her tongue in her cheek every second making sure she got all of those skittles... YUCK!Where has Customer Service gone...?

Today was not a friendly day to go to QFC from the bagger to the cashier - don’t know why because I’ve been to this store often and they were always nice to customers and Me.I saw how the cashier threw the vegetables after she scanned the item, the bagger was unfriendlyAnyway I hope after this experience and comment, everything will be re-assessed maybe the pandemic is causing the outcomeBut thank you QFC for your service and being open so we can get our essentials. We need this kind of service especially at this time

They used to have a good variety of products, but the selection is dwindling. Be cautious about reading the dates; I’ve had to notify clerks that there were products on the shelves months past the expiration dates. Produce us also starting to suffer, last time I bought raspberries they were moldy the next day!?! Its sad, because I used to love shopping here, but now that they dont even carry brands I need. I guess Ill drive to places that stock quality goods I actually want that arent expired.

This place is literally a joke. They will sell you beer on your birthday with an expired license and a temp, but then 2 minutes later refuse to sell you liquor (that I simply forgot) and claim its their policy to not take temps when their own checker scanned both and didnt blink an eye just moments before. Go figure. Incompetent at best. Had no issues at Total Wine or at Thriftway today, where I guess common sense is more prevalent. Guess Ill be taking my business to them from now on.

Great store a little pricey! Its convenient next to gym my son has joined. You can find great meats, cheeses, deli is good. Bakery has the best custard pie.

Compared to other QFC this one is my least favorite. They have everything you come to expect however this location has only one nice employee. I recently moved and I was excited to see that I was very close to QFC but every time I shop there no one says hello, hi, thank you, basic pleasantries. The employees that stock ignore you and push as of their job is more important than the customer. I only go to this location if I absolutely need to. Otherwise I drive to my old location in Kirkland where everyone is super friendly and happy to see you. Pipe dream? Not at all. This location needs to put a smile on their faces, act like they like their job and be courteous. The one young lady that bagged my stuff, wish I knew her name, was so freaking nice is the only reason for an extra star; I was going to post one. Get it together guys and act like you care a little.

Clean, well-stocked store with a good produce selection. They have beautiful cakes, too. My kids love shopping here with me because they get a free fruit and then can get a Top Pot donut on the way out.

Exceptional staff. Thank you for always being so welcome and friendly. Great selection of produce and sales on meat are good if you can catch them at the right time. This store is so much more pleasant than a trip to the Fred Meyer in Bothell

Stopped in around 9 PM an the store was pretty busy! I was kinda shocked an caught off guard. Store was clean, employees were all smiles, nice neighborhood QFC its always a favorite of mine to stop by here an see the friendly faces who are always so eager to assist an please the customer just as real customer service should be!! Produce is always stocked an fresh as can be! This is a really nice store to visit!! I will be back to this one again soon.

Small store for a QFC, prices higher than another Kroger store nearby...Fred Meyer. I have never understood this pricing difference and would love to see Kroger price items consistently from store to store especially stores in close proximity to each other.Improvements in inventory and stock on hand would be nice.This QFC is pleasant to visit, staff associates are super nice!

Ive had to change my view of QFC. Their marketing games are now beyond fun. You have to have a Customer Loyalty Card, and the right digital coupon, and purchase the required quantity, and jump through all the hoops. Just too much. And the clerks arent as helpful as they once were. So yeah, Im looking for another market

The Amount of food waste in the Deli Section is insane!Every 2 hours 50lb of chicken is tossed away along with the entire Hot Area items such as Pizza Sticks, Jojos, and Mac and Cheese.These items go directly into the trash, employees do not get to take any of this home nor do they get to eat it for free for lunch, on top of this there is no discount on soon to be expired items.What would make more sense is: After 90min, discount all hot food products for 30min, customers can enjoy fresh hot food for the first 90min, while those who are budget conscious, or show up at the right time, can enjoy discounted hot food items.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a vegan, Ive constantly complained that this location and other Quality Food Centers did not cater to my allergy.They later added a Vegan section and only supplied Soy based products which is another allergy of mine (Soy free vegan)They soon supplied Wheat Gluten Vegan Products and I was more than willing to buy the items they had, but, unfortunately the vendor (or this location) marks up the price quite high. (6.99+ for 4 Wheat gluten sausages is insane). Id love to support the Vegan movement, If this location had more sales Id happily buy as much of this protein based food as I could, instead I walk by and wait for the price to lower. which then hurts the vendor because I refuse to pay the price listed.The Vegan/Organic Food Section hardly ever has sales and the new Bulk Food section is GREAT but its all Soy based which is probably why no ones uses it.Please support non-soy diets.

This location is clean, has a good selection, I usually use self-checkout and I rarely wait for very long. But Im still removing a star. Why? Bob. I *really* dislike that man. Every time I see him hes doing something either low-key snotty or blatantly rude. As an example, I once saw Bob douse the front lanes with air freshener because apparently it smelled bad. He also made a big show of it. While this is going on I noticed ahead of me at the front lanes there was a man that I assume may be experiencing homelessness and who probably has difficulty finding a place to wash his clothes, so maybe that was the source? In any case, this man looked visibly self-conscious/embarrassed and I felt badly for him.I could name other events, that was just the one that sticks out in my mind most at the moment. But the staff never seem to mind or even notice any of his antics, so I assume that hes just free to wander the store doing whatever he pleases, sort of like the peacock hey let pluck about at the zoo. Perhaps hes a manager? No idea. He puts on a good face but Bob is out of control, and Im fairly certain hes the source of strong cologne/deodorant I smell near the front lanes. Bob should not be working in a customer service environment. Somewhere where his poor attitude and obnoxious cologne wont bother anyone would suit him nicely, I think.

I do the majority of my grocery shopping at this store. The staff is helpful and friendly, the premises are clean and well lit, the prices are comparable to other stores in the area. There is also a reasonably sized parking lot. It all works for me.

Great neighborhood grocery store. Always clean, produce selection fresh and comprehensive, meat department offers packaged meat/seafood with a separate counter for fresh meat and seafood. Employees are friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about products and their locations within the store. We are fortunate to have such a good store in our area!

Excellent meat and produce department with a great selection of hot and cold prepaired food. Very well organized and clean. Friendly and capable staff always a pleasure to shop here. Would have given 5 stars but cost is high.

Decent produce, friendly staff. Kroger owned but prices seem slightly higher than other Kroger owned stores, with less sales. Deli and bakery do have higher quality service and items than some other Kroger operated stores.

Clean, great staff, decent produce but definitely one of their lower-middle-income neighborhood stores. Liked it better before the Fred Meyer corporate overlords changed things such as no longer carrying some of my favorite suppliers. Now overstocking with Kroger labels.

Lovely neighborhood store

This QFC isnt bad and has some very cool staff members. But others in the surrounding areas are much better in design, product mix, overall look & feel. If this one saw a renovation, it could be on par with the Edmonds, Kirkland or Northern Lynnwood locations. I come here for the convenience and cool staff. I prefer the others for product selection.

I shop there often because they are close, the store is always clean and the people are friendly. They have a great produce section they are almost never as crowded as Fred Meyers and Walmart. The lines are never as long. I also like their Deli and they have great baked chickens. The Bakery is a little spendy but they have great donuts and pastries.

I ordered 40 balloons from them for a birthday party. The ladies came in early to get the balloons ready, as I needed them by 6:45am. They were so friendly and went out of their way to help!!

This location was once a focal store for Olsens ... a local family owned chain. When acquired by QFC very little changed. Even after being absorbed by the national Kroger Brand many of the employees who were here when I was a young child remain. That should tell you something about the neighborhood and the staff.I came to this 24hr store as a pre-teen paperboy. Now it is my preferred daily stop for everything on my way home to where I grew up. I am not sure one could make a higher recommendation. If it could be made, it would probably be made about this location by the old dudes who congregate here daily near the self checkout about this same store.

I recently purchased plums, red grapes and nectarines from this QFC and they were set at a really great price on sale. I usually think QFC is too pricey.

Most of the morning employees I interact with are really friendly and helpful. Smaller store than other QFCs, but havent had any issues with product selection.

First experience with QFC. The place is clean and the personel is kind and available. Prices also are good and with the QFC card I found various discounts. The parking lot is also pretty big. An other thing... Starbucks available inside QFC!
