Didnt communicate well. They were closed during open hours. Never made a late payment but constantly had issues with locks on my door.

Good layout as storage units go. Our unit was clean, and their standard locks are adequate for security. The powered gate for entry was a bonus.

If I were writing a review solely based on the onsite manager Tiffany, I would have given this review 10 stars. She is the best storage unit employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and as a stager Ive used many storage facilities. She always has a smile on her face, is willing to help in any way possible, and even keeps an eye on who is coming into the facility using my login. She is organized, and on top of everything.Unfortunately I need to leave this business because the rent has gone up so much I can no longer afford to pay the corporate set prices and maintain my covid effected business However for Public Storage, the new transit system moving into the area, will bring more housing and I believe they are raising the prices just because they can.I wish you well on your journey Tiffany and thank you for such excellent service.

This is an update to my previous review of Tiffany to add Henry to a big thumbs up.I needed to switch to a larger unit and Henry was great at helping me make the transfer. I was already familiar with the rental policy but he was thorough in going through the paperwork and made it a quick process. Once again I would recommend this Public Storage.Tiffany was awesome setting up a new account. Very professional and did a great job explaining all my options. Would definitely recommend this Public Storage.

I came into this location yesterday and was helped by May, she was very helpful and full of smiles. I have to say that I’ve been renting at storage facilities for quite some time but this one is the best by far...... Excellent experience of gathering initial information from Bob and the final contact with Tiffany. Both individuals were knowledgeable and very customer focused. They wanted to meet my needs and when I signed up Tiffany went out of her way to show me the unit, find the best unit to meet both my storage need and my particular financial limitations. I couldnt have found a better total result anywhere. Highly recommend these folks to meet your needs to the best of their abilities.

We ended up needing another storage unit (underestimated all the stuff we have!) which was no fault of the facilities as is was our own. Highly recommend this particular facility. I visited this location to setup a rental. the gentleman i met with was extremely kind, his name is Bob. he went out of his way to find a unit that would be closer to the door., this was unexpected. facility is located close to my house easy to get to, access hours are reasonable

Tiffany was tremendously helpful, kind, and professional over the months we had to disposition a deceased loved-ones possessions. She checked to ensure our unit was secure, was communicative when we had questions about billing, and kept a long-distance relative that rented the unit apprised when we closed out. The sensitivity of people like Tiffany definitely boosts companies ratings and customers trust. Highly recommend:)

After looking at several storage places I chose this one due to location and super great service. Unlike the other locations the gal helping me (though busy with others) made me feel like my business was important and that she wanted to help. She took the time to show me different sizes as I wasn’t sure what I needed. She was cheerful and professional. The other locations made me feel like they didn’t have time to make sure I got what I needed. They both showed me maps and diagrams and seemed too busy to actually take me to look at any of the units. Tiffany was busy too, but while she was helping others she assured me should be right with me, and it proved to be true. It was a great business experience.

Julie was very friendly and personable. She was also knowledgeable about the whole storage process. I had never rented a storage unit before and she made it very easy for me to figure out what size I needed and products for the best price. Would highly recommend coming here for your storage needs. ***Updated review***A couple of years ago I left a less than stellar review for this location. (See below). But that was before Tiffany arrived to run the place. She is always friendly and happy, on even the grayest rainy days. She is friendly yet very professional and I am proud to call her my friend. She immediately made sure the property was kept clean and brightly lit. She is often outside watching over the property and making sure it is clean and secure. She is a wonderful person to talk to with any storage questions, or most anything you need a hand with. Thank you Tiffany!Pretty run down place. Not kept as clean as other storage places.

Jessie is AWESOME! She is always friendly and helpful! A new person inadvertently posted our payments incorrectly, thus it showed we still owed them some money. Jessie KNOWS that we pay IN FULL and EARLY each month, so when I told her what was going on, she took the time to find the errors and asked her boss to have them fixed. It took some time, but the errors were corrected. Did I mention ... Jessie is awesome?

Babes is the person there you want to ask for! Babes really helps me so much every time I need assistance, shes always there to help. She even returns phone calls and even voicemails get returned by Babes! Really impressed, especially in this day and age! The main reason I rent space here is due to outstanding service by Babes. We’ve been renting a full size unit from the 66th Ave Mountlake Terrace facility for over 3 1/2 yrs, they’ve always been very accomadating and the service is good and very professional, recently we forgot to make our online payment & when I called to pay they waived the late fee without any repercussions/issues. The regional manager Lisa Thomas was tremendous, and the Mountlake Terrace manager Tiffany is always pleasant and uplifting.

Ive rented storage from this location a couple different times over the least ten years. Always good service and friendly people at the counter. Even though I dont currently have a space there, I stopped in to buy some moving boxes and the weekend manager remembered me by name and was very professional in helping out. Thats pretty good service, in my book!

I would give Jessie 5 stars as she is very professional and polite. I do have two wishes though. One is that they have a trolley for every door way as we have an indoor unit, and 90%of the time, I cant find a trolley. the other would be to be able to lock in our monthly rate for a year with a fee if you cancel before. But that wish has to do with Public Storages policy rather than this property. Overall it has been a convenient location and a good experience.

Jessie is great -- very professional, explains things clearly, and unfailingly nice. She is ALWAYS walking around the property checking on things, cleaning up, but then always available, too. I feel very safe here, that my things are securely stored, and that I can count on Jessies help.

Great experience so far -- good, secure location with lots of parking. It was easy to reserve the exact unit I needed online, and Jessie made the move-in process super easy and painless. She was very thorough in explaining rental policies and the entire move-in process took under ten minutes.

Best Ever. What great customer service I got with April. I was here for over a half hour the FIRST time came back in cause I lost me receipts and I was paying on THREE different units 2 from out of state. She helped me understand which ones I was paying on how much I was paying on each. I kept apologizing thinking I was making it difficult for her. She just kept smiling and Said she was happy to help and wanted to make sure I understood each bill and reciept. I even lost them so I came back she gladly gave me a new one with all the info.
